This place is great!!! I’ve done my nails with John and Hailey and they are both very professional and talented at what they do! I love the way my nails look every time I walk out. The place is also very clean with a friendly environment. Definitely recommended! Dip powder, Pedicure

I had a good experience up until last Thursday I needed my nails done for a photoshoot. I asked for French manicure with gel. The technician struggled to get the white part right taking it off multiple times. Once I got outside I could see sparkles in my French manicure that I didn’t ask for. I called immediately and advised them that I was unhappy and they said I could come back in to get them fixed that night. It was almost 7pm. I had gotten there at 5ish. I didn’t have time to have them redone before my photoshoot the next day. Now it’s been 4 days and the polish already chipped as seen in the photo. She also charged me more than what I should have been charged. I was charged $50 for gel when the service was supposed to be $43 according to their menu of services. I won’t go back to even have them fixed. They have no idea how to do gel nails. It’s a tragedy. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but in this case it deserves it.

They have walls and walls of colors – floor to ceiling! Including gel shellac, dip powder, and regular nail polish. Had to get my nails redone from a different place and they were very careful to take care of my thin collagen. My first time there. And will definitely be going back! I had Alice do my Mani and she was meticulous and a perfectionist. Will be requesting her again! ❤️

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been coming to Luxy for the past 5+ years (on/off) when I’m back home in Plano (I move around a lot for school). I always remember why I love this salon so much, each time I return. Luxy always has the BEST customer service; they truly care about their clients!Since the COVID-19 pandemic, they’ve enforced masks for both clients and technicians. They even require customers to wash their hands prior to any service. This truly makes for a more safe and clean environment that I’m sure everyone appreciates.I usually get dip powder on my natural nails + a spa pedicure. My last visit was special – I brought my boyfriend for his first pedicure and he LOVED it. Thank you Luxy for making this a fun/funny experience for the both of us! I absolutely love this place!! I have been going for 5 or 6 years now. When I first started getting my nails done because is next gen I tried a few different places until I came here. I love the staff and they do an amazing job. Any of my friends that go with me end up making this place their salon as well. I live in Allen so there are closer places to go but I won’t change!!

With any place that provides a service, it is important to make an appointment! I stumbled onto this place two years ago and have yet to go anywhere else! I love the staff and the service I receive! I don’t trust anyone else doing my nails. I appreciate that they take the time to be perfectionist instead of rushing through my services to fit walk-ins in. I’m sorry, but they really appreciate their loyal customers and I love it!

When you walk-in (by the way they take walk-ins) they immediately greet you and get you to your person. Everyone seems to enjoy working there and they are so friendly and quick to add you into the conversation. Before you know it, your nails and toes are shining like brand new and you’re out the door feeling great!
