Even with having thin, sensitive nails from a previous salon, he took notice without me saying anything and treated my nails with care. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I highly recommend booking with Tommy. I will be returning. This place is amazing!!!! I am so happy with the experience I had here. Tommy did a great job and spent time on each nail making sure they were perfect. Even with having thin, sensitive nails from a previous salon, he took notice without me saying anything and treated my nails with care. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I highly recommend booking with Tommy. I will be returning. I will say they are a bit pricey, but in my opinion it’s work it due to the lack of decent nail salons in the area.

I’ve never had a worst experience getting my nails done until today when I went here. The young lady that did my nails doesn’t know what she’s doing at all and doesn’t know how to work with someone’s hands or nails. She took a chunk out of my thumb cuticle and had it bleeding the whole time and even out the door and she never said sorry or said anything at all. She kept pulling my hand and arm closer to her even though I was as close as i could be. I asked for ombré dip with white and pink and this is not ombré whatsoever. You can see lines where the white is all sideways. If she didn’t know how to do ombré she should have said something or had someone else in there do my nails. What should have been a one hour or less process was over 2 hours. She used a lamp to dry my top coat and had me put them in for a 2nd time after putting oil on all my torn up cuticles. There’s no need to dry them when they are already dry. That was a waste of even more time on top of the 2+ hours. I wasted $60 and I will never be going back. If I could give negative stars I would.

Wish I could rate zero stars ! Went out of my way to visit this salon my daughter said it wasn’t too busy when she visited and and they seemed to do a decent job. NOW I know why there not busy. The male tech working on someone’s nails asked how can I help you with an attitude like he didn’t really want to help. I said manicure and pedicure he said ok let me ask ?! Whatever that meant I was patient and waited for about 15 min he went to the back to the pedicure area and never said anything else just ignored me. The 2 ladies who walked in while I was waiting asked for the same service and a female nail tech told them we don’t have openings till 3?! Needless to say I got up and looked at the male tech like so can I get service or you just got me sitting here for nothing and he acted as if he didn’t see me. I LEFT and will not return I suggest you don’t waste your time either like I did PERIOD!

The day I decided to try a new nail shop bc my other one was closed. I went in and I’ve been to this nail shop b4 but everyone was nice. I sat down picked out colors and then she got straight in to it. She was very rough the entire time throwing my hands around. I’m an understanding person so I wasn’t to mad about I just wanted my nails done haha. When I left I had noticed that my nails were slanted up and weren’t even attached to my natual nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time now and so I know what good nails are supposed to look like. I just knew if i didn’t take my nails off asap that they would start hurting. The lady was nice and i just think it was me I don’t think she liked that I had my headphones in listening to music. I’m not a people person. Tipped 15$ but worse experience of my life.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Everyone is always so friendly and attentive. They remember who you are even if it’s been a while since you’ve been in. I’ve never had a bad experience! I recommend them to every one I can. They are most definitely NOT your typical nail salon. They are so much better!
