Beautiful new location and very sweet staff. My friend and I went for a mani pedi that took 2.5 hours. The dry pedi was a really cool and different experience. Love how sanitary everything was. I took off a star because the staff was a little new that was taking care of us and it made the experience a little disjointed. Their sweetness and genuine care though made it definitely a place I’d return to!

I got my first ever manicure here and everyone was so kind and so sweet because I had 800 questions. They actually changed the name and it’s no longer called Luxx. Everyone is so nice but for a pedicure this is not the place to go. You sit on an uncomfortable bench for what they call a dry pedicure. Feet do not soak therefore cuticles were not softened and able to be pushed and cut and dry skin unable to be filed off. My polish looked messy and went over my uncut cuticles but it was a oily mess anyway so it would not dry. After sitting there for over 1.5hrs and paying over $40 I had to come home, take off my polish and give myself a real pedicure. Very disappointing.

I called this establishment multiple times within the last three days. The receptionist told me that the colorist was not available and would give me a call for a consultation. The women never called, and I have called them to ask. If she can’t take clients, say so time. It disappointing because I was referred here.
