I simply wanted a pedicure/shellac and to clean my cuticles, and the nail tech (male) made me bleed three times. Not just that he couldn’t get my nail bed smooth and he said it was because my natural nail isn’t smooth. Long story short, my shellac came out clumpy and was not worth paying for! I will never use them any more manager is really rude and told me to shut up, when i was telling her that i made an appointment to remix my nails that i was not satisfied with! I will give my business to another nail salon in LC or Texas!! She tells me that i should satisfied with my nails that i did not like how they looked or asked for! I asked for matte finish and my nails are glossy black!

I wouldn’t say I hate it but I wouldn’t come here again. Their pricing is ridiculous for the very limited options they give you. Also almost double their pricing for shellac… Seriously? I’ll pass. Lesson learned. The guy that did my feet he will not touch them. I don’t know if he was new or what but he had no clue what he was doing. I had to stop him before it got worse. One of my toes barely have a toenail where he took the drill and dug it so hard.

My experience here was horrible, the lady was very aggressive while doing my nails, kept changing the price, and any picture I showed her of what I wanted she kept saying she couldn’t do it. She cut me in 3 different spots while drilling my nails down
