I’m not sure what his name is, but the guy who has done my nails the past 3 times did a fantastic job. Oh my goodness he’s fantastic! My review would be 5 stars… but I’m giving Luxx a 4 out of 5 stars due to the atmosphere…I guess. When visiting this salon, sometimes I feel unwelcome and as if I am bothering the workers. It’s a bit uncomfortable. However, it could be due to the language barrier and the workers may be trying to be simple and straight to the point, which is fine and makes total sense. Other than that, I have experienced nothing but good service. The acrylic nails and polish stay on for a long time, and the dip powder looks so lovely and amazing. If you’re curious, the black dip powder are my most recent nails while the periwinkle acrylics and the pointy pink acrylics (I tried to do Nezuko nails from Demon Slayer…ik I’m a nerd) are nails I got about a month ago. All we’re done by the same gentleman.

I booked for a morning appt with Jessica. My experience was wonderful. The atmosphere was nice. Calm soothing music, very clean and friendly environment and Jessica was so very nice and patient with me! The staff was over all so nice! Definitely recommend 100 percent! Acrylic nails, Nail art

Sooooo, this is my 2nd time going here … the place is beyond beautiful but I think this is my LAST time going here… the first time I went I got a FILL-IN … the man cut my pinky finger wide open .. did not offer a discount or anything , which was not a big deal to me and I didn’t bother to make a big deal about it because I didn’t pay for it and I do understand people make mistakes buttttt … TODAY .. however, I went there and wanted an OVERLAY ,, my nails are always short because I work in the medical field .. and NO OTHER PLACE never complain about how short they are , so anyways …. the guy who did my nails was kinda rude and was talking in HIS LANGUAGE wit the others so I would not understand.. not a good way to handle business (quite sure you can tell when you’re being talked about) long story short I wouldn’t recommend.. I’m not a child , so I would rather be respected somewhere else … ✌️

My pedicure was not done correct. I address this to the lady and nothing was done. One of my daughter’s nails look sloppy. The guy was rude, despite him not speaking English he was still rough with my daughter’s hands. But my other daughter’s nails were perfect. Pedicure, Manicure

Overall great experience, but if they ask you if you want a massage or not, they’ll do just that. I thought all nail services came with a little massage afterwards at least to put lotion on you, but I guess not.
