First time I’ve got a mani since moving here. Reference photo and what I got. I’ve never got my nails done and instantly liked the color, it’s always been different than what I imagined and/or not quite what I was looking for. But I showed her the reference photo and told her to choose the color she thought was closest, and this is what she gave me. Instantly loved!!!! I’m sad I didn’t catch her name. And only $53!! Definitely going back.

This was my 1st time and the nail salon was clean and not very busy. The guy running the front counter was not very friendly. He seemed rushed and juggling multiple things while trying to soak off my acrylic nails. Once soaked off, a sweet and kind lady “Linda” came to shape, file and buff my nails. She did a fantastic job on my natural nails (almond shape). She said a few times “I just want you to be happy”! Keep in mind, I never said a thing to the guy or her but that was a sweet of her to make sure I was happy with my nail service. She even polished them clear for me. If/when I decide on acrylic nails, I’d specifically ask for Linda!

Today was my first time coming here. I had received 2 gift cards so I came with my sister. She got a basic pedicure from Ethan who did a good job & I had Amy was who really friendly & very thorough. She was patient & kind & she did an awesome job. I definitely will be coming back. I like the atmosphere of the inside. Everyone there was just relaxing & enjoying their time there.

Apparently the basic spa pedicure does not include a foot massage, only 2 minutes on the leg & calf?!??? That’s the whole reason I get a pedicure — because of the pain in my feet. So disappointed. At least my toes look pretty.

I went for my first time last Monday October 10th and was not really happy with my results… today October 18th I went back to get a broken nail fixed!! Highly recommend Tyler doing them!! He was super nice and did amazing on my nail!! Will definitely go back and have him doing my nails!! Dip powder

Great service and very kind but I paid a lot of money for a gel pedicure a day before I went on vacation and they chipped completely off within two days. Very disappointed.

Walked in after a decent first time visit so I came back today (a month later) to set up an appointment for 12 young ladies. After saying what they couldn’t do (asked about if they could service all at one time) I was okay with their response we could do 6/7 at a time. A customer getting serviced already needed a transfer from manicure to pedicure and my man left me without even letting me know he needs to help someone. I waited for minutes they never came back. Literally walked pass me twice after servicing a guess and then started having staff conversation about something completely different. I saw one staff lady glare my way asking the person who was servicing me initially and still nothing. I walked out. I’m coming in with hundreds of $’s of new service and get no attention. I’m a little disappointed to say the least. Wish them the best and hope they can work on a few customer service issues. I will happily take my money somewhere else. I no longer pay for bad customer service.
