i absolutely love this place! i have been to other nail salons due to time constraints and my schedule, but will always come here and recommend this place. Bee is amazing and always exceeds what i request. she genuinely enjoys doing nails and her artwork is superb. i always get compliments on my nails. the receptionist and staff are wonderful. the atmosphere is relaxing and the complimentary drinks are delicious!

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received here. I came in for a fill and grant it I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to take me as a walk-in. I immediately sat down and was given a drink but my nail tech was HORRENDOUS!! She drilled my natural nail with the highest setting on her drill and kept hurting me, literally burned down my natural nail where my fingers were throbbing. She did this multiple times and I kept telling her to stop hurting me but she insisted it was my fault. I will NEVER return here. My nails hurt so much after this appointment and she drilled my natural nail way too much where it turned bright pink indicating that she had drilled all the way down! NEVER AGAIN! My nails were also crooked and super thick! Very messy and disgusting station, NOT SANITARY! I have had them removed so I don’t get an infection. Just look at the extensive damage she caused to my natural nail, it hurts so bad and she drilled right through it to my skin underneath my nail! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place AT ALL! If I could give negative stars I would!

Though my nail tech was friendly, during my full set, she cut me in several places. I had to ask if I could get up and rinse the acrylic powder off my hands to relieve the stinging. I thought my service would automatically be discounted because of it, but my nail tech didn’t mark it on my ticket, and the person who checked me out at the front desk seemed slightly annoyed that I asked about it. I received $10 off my $55 full set, but a day later, I lowkey feel like none of it was worth it because of how sore and irritated my fingers are. The only thing that saved my trip here was my pedicure!

This was my first and my last time here. Although it’s nice they have complimentary drinks, that’s not what I went there for. I got dip on my natural nails(my nails are super strong & healthy) & i’ve never had chipping or separation from dip. Within 4 days my dip powder chipped & my natural nails have been ruined I suggest you buy better products instead of booze. Definitely not worth $50

Went in for a pedicure with my friend and daughter. The whole experience was awful from the minute we walked in the door. Prices are way over priced and not worth the rude service. They say they offer 2 free drinks per customer however I asked for a drink 5 times and was more than half way done w my pedicure when I finally received the drink. All customers who came in after I did had drinks but for whatever reason would not bring me one. The guy who did pedicure did not cut,trim, file, or shape toe nails. Picked one the top pedicures that was over $80 and felt more like an express service. Didn’t smooth out my feet. Basically only thing he did was put 5 different lotions massage and color toes. Nothing more. So disappointed and will never return.

I love this place. They do an amazing job. I have tried it out twice now. However, the prices are about $30 more than my nail salon in San Antonio that is excellent. The cost factor is what made me give them 3 stars and not 4.

I went in for a basic manicure and pedicure for my Honeymoon. Honestly, service was just okay. I live across the street and have had some good moments here, but today was just not good for me. It seemed like everyone else was getting exactly what they wanted as everyone I sat next to was chatting and happy!
