First time visiting this place. The salon is BEAUTIFUL and very clean. Lots of pedi and mani stations. I worked with Jason and he was great! Great feet and hand massages. He’s very friendly and my nails look beautiful! Will definitely be back.

Definitely do not recommend. They’ll try and make you pay for mediocre services after explaining to them that’s not what you want or expected. Refused to let me pay for the services actually completed. Tried to play victim after the fact. They wouldn’t take my money so I left. I offered to pay endless times to which they kept saying no… maybe next time I don’t know hire a tech that can do a simple French tip. First & LAST time ever visiting .. tired of Asian run nail salons I’ll rather take my money else where.

I got my nails done with Kelly. Upon walking in was provided the price of $45 for a full set gel polish. Which Is listed on the price sheet as well. I got my nails short in almond shape. When I went to check out I was advised my Total was $55. I asked why and showed the receptionist my nails and he was also confused at the extra charge. He asked Kelly and she said she charged me for “long nails” because my real nails are short. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have NEVER been charged because I have short nails. I even added photos for reference to show you my “long nails” She then added because she made them almond shape. I even showed Everyone in the salon the length of my nails because it was so absurd I really can’t believe I was charged And extra $10 for having short nails. And the there was supposed to be a discount so I ended up paying full price. I’m very upset and offended. And will spread the word to avoid the location if you have short nails or bite your nails. I was also never advised at any point of the additional charges.

This place was clean and nice. The girl that did my pedicure, though nice, didn’t speak any English at all which made it hard to ask questions beyond just pointing at the menu or asking the receptionist. She did a good job and they have fair prices. They also offered complimentary water, coffee, mimosas, wine, or margaritas. The one star comes off only because I called ahead to get a time to come in and was told I didn’t need an appointment, just come in 45 minutes. Then when I got there I was told it would be another 45 minutes. Oh and also, their massage chairs are really uncomfortable if you don’t particularly care for your lady parts to be “massaged”. I can only imagine what kind of surprise and pain that might cause for men…

Loved how my nails turned out on my first visit! The salon is clean, and they were able to do exactly what I asked. I did not like how they had the news on the TV, and would prefer a movie or something, but otherwise it was great. I will be returning .

Everyone was so friendly, and they did a great job!!! Even though there was a wait to get my nails done, I never felt it. They completed other services in the meantime until my nail tech was ready! My nail tech was AWESOME! He made great conversation, and did a good job on my nails. Thank you LUXX!! They also greeted me upon entry, and wished me well on the way out. I will be back in a couple weeks!!
