Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityTony did an amazing job, love love love my nails only the 3rd time I’ve ever done my nails, the last time I went somewhere else and the guy cut every single finger at least once then they hurt for a week. Then they did the dip powder so thick it took Tony 3 soaks and a lot of grinding to get off the old stuff, but he got it off and did an amazing job on my nails. Even gave me a beautiful snowflake. Tony did an amazing job, love love love my nails only the 3rd time I’ve ever done my nails, the last time I went somewhere else and the guy cut every single finger at least once then they hurt for a week. I’ve been going to this place for about 3 or 4 years now, I love the work by some. But they are up charging you. Disappointed that the last time I went I got charged $25 just for a shellac top coat. The lady was extremely rough. Nothing about this pedi was relaxing. I feel it was done poorly. I had found one toenail not even clipped or filed and my soles are still rough. It is especially bad since it was a ‘specialty’ pedi and very overpriced. I will definitely not return.

These were the quickest and worst pedicures ever. Supposed to have 5 min massage but only received 30 seconds on each leg if that. Nails were not filed straight and the french manicure was awful, just a straight white line across the top it didn’t even follow the flow of my nail. I felt like I was just a bother. I could have done a better job myself. My daughter and grand daughter also had pedicures and they felt it was rushed and again with them the leg massage was less than 1 minute when it clearly says in writing 5 minutes. There were only 2 other customers but plenty of employees so it’s not like they were in a rush to serve other customers. This was our first time there and will not go back.

I visited this Luxx for the first time. This was the worst pedicure of my life. A male mail tech with no gloves, didn’t clean the equipment, it was horrifying. I sat and waited thinking he’d spray the equipment clean, or even put on gloves, but he never did. He spoke and didn’t understand English at all. The communication was horrible. The quality of the job was I derive, I had a lot of dead skin after I had to use a translator to tell them again that is all I really wanted was calluses removed. I was time they don’t norammmy do that but they’d do it this time. It was terrible. Don’t go here, just do it yourself.

This is a fairly new nail salon but all I can say is every time I wet I went in they gave me what I wanted funny and when I do go in and just say I want flashy and glittery and have fand have fun then they deliver deliver and I have no problems with my nails lasting

Fortunately, I will not return to this place. Customer service was poor, I wasn’t greeted in a friendly manner, while asking questions regarding the pedicure the receptionist just walked away, giving over instructions to Linsey in their language. While an older employee sitting on a pedicure chair found the situation amusing. Secondly, the quality of a manicure and pedicure, specifically the cleaning of cuticles needs much improvement. I could have saved my money and do it home myself, that’s what it looked liked, not professionally done. Thirdly, waxed my arms, left a large hematoma on my right inner arm. No apology, no ice pack to prevent further bleeding, nothing! Just was told it would disappear after 2 days! And it was normal in her culture as it was a form of treatment!!! Lastly, the receptionist found it amusing that I didn’t leave a tip and immediately spoke to Linsey informing her of my actions again speaking in their language. It was obvious they were speaking of me. I will not return!
