Critical: Professionalism, ValueI hate to write this because this place is really good back when I was in high school. But now they really went downhill and I don’t know if it’s a change of management but every time I go to get my nails done there they either rush, hurt me, or the nails fall off within four days! I don’t even use my hands all like that, I always try to keep them on as long as possible! The manager (?) last time was laid spread out on the chair watching a show when I got there and continued to be lazy and talk SUPER loud. Playing music that has stuff in there not meant for kids (and 2 women came in with kids, they didn’t care)That was Thursday the 16th (most recent time I got them done)The time before that there was this dude with the glasses and short semi spiked hair? He CUT MY THUMB THREE TIMES!!! I was so angry I wanted to hop up and leave then and there!!! He did not care the ENTIRE time! Place genuinely isn’t worth the money anymore. But now they really went downhill and I don’t know if it’s a change of management but every time I go to get my nails done there they either rush, hurt me, or the nails fall off within four days!
