I know for a fact there are people at this salon who do great work but I did not get one of them. I spent $98 on a pedicure and dip powder over natural nails, and even though they both looked terrible, I still tipped $20. I’m not gonna say anything further.. Fabulous staff and atmosphere! I’ve been going off & on for about 4 years now; even more regularly with my wedding coming up! Everyone is so kind & knowledgeable. I’ve been coming to Luxury’s for years. Today was probably my last. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing but this visit was far from it. I sat down and Anna, my nail tech, immediately starts complaining about how long it took her to do her previous customers nails. I don’t think that’s appropriate. I can already tell she’s in a hurry to get my nails finished as she can’t even take the time to completely file off the previous gel polish I have from my previous manicure. I’ve been working hard to grow out my nails and I asked them to be filed shorter but she went ahead and cut them as short as they would go. She couldn’t even take the time to let my gel polish set under the UV for the appropriate amount of time. My “manicure” was done in 15 minutes which I don’t think is enough time for a good manicure. My nails are different lengths, my gel polish has wrinkles in it because it wasn’t allowed time to set long enough, and safe to say I am extremely disappointed. I understand your previous customer took up a lot of time, but you shouldn’t take it out on your next paying customer.

I had at first a little bit of not good experience, but after 6 month of lockdown,it’s ok to be a bit rusty. So went back and Tee fixed my nails and she was beyond attentive and provided amazing customer service. This is what I care about, I want to be appreciated and have the personal touch. She even gifted me cuticle oil and a gift card. I think these girls are so amazing and lovely. I also got great nails. So will go back, I’m super happy.

I got a gel pedi and it was a really nice experience. I don’t usually enjoy pedicures honestly and I really enjoyed this one. The staff is really friendly and funny. I’ll definitely be back because the person who did my pedicure did a great job. I believe her name was Linhda Le. I didn’t catch it during my appointment but it’s on the receipt. Very nice! 🙂

No frills, fast, accurate, and affordable. This was my first time getting a manicure, and I got acrylic nails as well. The spa seems to be a bit understaffed as I was getting my nails done while 2 others were waiting for their pedicure, but the lady was so professional.
