I’ve been going here for the past few months and have only had two problems ever but, after today, I will NEVER recommend this nail shop to anyone. A couple months ago, I had got my nails done and literally the next day one of them broke and I go in and Lisa was a little rude about it but still agreed to do it. So that wasn’t too bad. However my second problem, I went in there yesterday because I broke a nail and Howie fixed it, however every color he tried, he thought looked a lil “off” and told me if it didn’t change by today to come in and he’d fix it, so I can’t in and he was busy so I showed Lisa and she was very rude about it, saying it was the type of lotion I used that “discolored” it or I didn’t allow enough time for the color to change. And basically refused to do it because they were busy. I love Kelli & Howie, but I do not recommend if you want a nail shop that actually cares.

I have been going here for 3 years with no complaints. Yesterday the chubbier girl with red lipstick cut my toe nail at an angle way too far over and way too deep. I asked why she did it so far over and she said she had to get the dead skin. okay so I go over to get my nails done and showed Lisa. she asked the girl why she did it and Lisa told me what she said. i was extremely unhappy with the pedicure and they still charged me full price. I paid and left. today my toe is in alot of pain and I can barely put pressure on it. I went back in to talk to Lisa. she refused to return my money. never have I ever had someone cut my toenail like this and have pain on top of it. I’m extremely disapointed that they didnt offer to resolve the issue the first day. And since they won’t resolve the issue today and I am in pain because of them. I will not be going back there, or recommending them anymore. once again I have never made a complaint in three years and the one time I do, they don’t acknowledge or care to resolve the obvious issue.
