I had a nail pop off 4 days after a new fill. It was my 1st fill on a new set. Also the gel polish broke off the nail. The would not stand behind their work when I asked for them all to be redone. I went this morning with no appointment and thought I’d be waiting because its a friday but was seated right away. I got a deluxe pedicure w/gel and a fill w/gel for $75, not sure the gentlemans name that did my pedicure but John did my nails so perfectly and was friendly making general convo and asked where I had been getting my nails done, as I was pointing out everything I didn’t like about my previous full set elsewhere and he was in agreement, they were rushed. I’m so glad I finally came here to luxury top nails, even after reading the reviews I won’t go anywhere else now. And on another note…ladies tip your nail technicians and pedicure technicians, they work just as hard as you do. I noticed Eric and John working together to get clients out faster, you don’t see that elsewhere

I am a long time customer, and they turned me away at 4:38 on a Sunday, said they were closing in 15 minutes If you do he math, they close at 5pm, leaving 20+ minutes til close!!!! This Literally Just Happened Right Before They Refused My Service After I Was Cut By A Make Tech. I Informed Them That My Finger Was In Pain Before The Bleeding Started. Told Him He Was Hurting Me And Too Please Stop Being So Rough. He Continued And It Led To This. Then I Was Told By The Owner To Go Somewhere Else. There’s Plenty Of Shops On Every Corner. And He Advises The Younger Guy Not To Continue To Let My Fingers Soak In The Acetone. He Then Told Me I Shouldn’t Have Been Late To My Appointment. I Was 13 Minutes Late BTW …And I Called To Inform Them. I Am A Loyal Regular Customer And I Tip Each Tech That Touches My Nails $5-$10 Each Different Visit. Either Way, This Is Not Okay. I Do Not Recommend This Place To A Single Soul. There Was A Very Nice Young Lady Sitting Next To Me Before I Was Discriminated Against That Came Out To My Car And Gave Me A Business Card To Her Regular Nail Tech. Once My Finger Heals, I Will Prob Go There.

They’re great when it comes to painting nails and pedicures, but I don’t recommend the acrylics. The acrylics are extremely thick and choppy, but I guess that’s what you get when you only spend $35 on a full set. When I asked them to thin the nails and smoothen the edges, one of the employees replied with “you’re wasting my time.” Then proceeded to sit me down and tell me why I was wrong that the nails weren’t what I wanted. Now, other experiences I’ve had were fine, but I didn’t get acrylics and this one guy wasn’t doing my nails. Overall, I would rate a 2. Usually the people are nice (with the exception of the one employee).

First time experience of this place was great! (All things considered) at this time they are having to do appointments outside due to covid. To be honest it was a nice experience. And the gentleman who did my nails was very friendly. I will be returning.
