We are specialized in Deep Tissue massage, Sports Massage, and Injury Rehabilitation. Our massage Therapists has Advanced Training in Trigger Point Therapy, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Stretching for Sports Therapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Structural Assessment, and Injury Assessment. Experienced at treating all athletic levels, from High School through Professional Athletes. Our diverse clientele have included professional athletes, dancers, musicians, waiters, working mom’s doctors, lawyers, and teens. We have been working with issues arising from auto-immune diseases, repetitive strains and accident injuries, along with conditions as Scoliosis, back pain, and Hip Dysplasia.
