Love Caitlin she always remembers me and treats customers like friends! LOVE going tanning here it’s very nice inside, clean, with modern beds and decor! Prices are reasonable and on occasion they have good deals. This is my first and only place I will tan!

Came in from out of town to get a spray tan for an event and was very displeased. I have used Mystic spray tan beds before, and never had the problems I had here. First, I bought bronzer and an accelerator; which in my previous experience give me an instant bronze, that did not happen here. I told them something wasn’t right, they told me to wait at least 2 hours. I went back in 4, they told me to wait 8. Still not happy with the tan the next morning. I was the first customer; 5 customers came in after me and they were all helped first. Again, not happy with my results or service. Would not recommend this place for a spray tan.

I have been to both locations in Columbia and both locations have really nice staff. I purchased the $70 tanning package which is unlimited tanning in all beds and 4 free spray tans a month. I do not tan easily but everytime I have used their beds and in small amounts of time building up my tolerance as they instructed, I have come out with a really nice color!

I’ve tried other tanning beds in Columbia but honestly, nothing can compare to the service and quality of Luxury Tan. I definitely recommend signing up with them! Especially the people that are 21 years and younger because you can get unlimited tanning for 48$!!! You cannot get that anywhere else I promise.

Wanted to tan before I went to Mexico. Place was great and clean but when I canceled my monthly plan, they charged for current month which is fine but then also charged me for the next month? So 6 weeks after I canceled I was still charged for it. I can not agree with that money scam

Tanning experience, great. Cancelation tactics, horrible! Their policy is that you have to go in to cancel your account before the end of the month in order to not be charged for the following month… simple. Well, I went in to cancel on the last day of the month and the person working assured me that I did everything correctly and wouldn’t be charged for the next month. A few weeks went by and when I checked my bank account, I saw that I had, in fact, been charged. I immediately called and was told that my cancellation had been entered on the 3rd of the month (rather than the 30th of the previous month when I went in), so that’s why I was charged. He said he would try to look for my cancellation form to confirm what I had told him, but if he couldn’t find it, they would not give me my money back since my cancellation was entered after the month started. So I guess since someone was lazy and waited 3-4 days to do their job… that’s my fault. Sounds fishy to me.
