The place is good but how good depends on the person who does your nails. The person who always does my nails is always great, but the person who does my daughter’s is never the same person. Recently she got a guy who I figure is pretty new, and he didn’t do amazing, but it was still good. The pedicures and manicures are always fun though! Every time, they dip our hands in a wax and it adds a fun touch!

I am disappointed that I had to choose one star over negative 5. ,my family was in this salon this evening and the owner publicly embarrassed my daughter, then hurt her finger and then had the nerve to insult her as she walked away upset. I will be formally filing with the BBB and no one should ever lower themselves to gracing this establishment that clearly does not care about their customers let alone being a good person.

The service was the worst, after i fell in the pedicure area, they treated me like I did something to them, and the lady that did my nails was even worse than the fall I took to say the least I’ll need a fill in next week and I got them on Friday. I will never go back to them. They also messed up my toes I was to have two silver toe nails but they did all blue.

I called on Monday asking if there were any openings Wednesday after 4:30 for a full set, the lady asked me what time, I said any time after 4:30 she got demanding & said tell me a time so I can write it down. I asked if she had anything for 5:00 she said ok asked for my name. I show up today at 4:56 wrote my name down & went over to pick out my color. I was finally greeted a little after 5:00 & was told it would be about 10 minutes. At 5:30 I walked out. Not very good business practices if you ask me. I had a 20 minute drive to get there & an appointment. I don’t mind waiting a few min but not 30 minutes plus. I have a gift certificate that will now go to waste because I will not be back. I was also told by another customer who was waiting that she doesn’t make an appointment because they “never work out”. I called specifically asking if they had an opening. I should have been told no & given a time when they did.

My nails were uneven and lopsided. I asked for a black French tip nail and they looked nothing like what I asked for. Within the first week my nails were literally falling off and the paint was chipping not to mention my guy was very disrespectful. Definitely not recommend and will not be returning!

First and definitely the last time I will step foot in there. Showed them the design I wanted looks nothing like what I had asked for. Very rough with the filing. Nails are also starting to bubble and have lots of gaps.
