She also is the BEST in waxing. I have known Elena for over 10 years and I am not letting her go ever. My daughter also looooooves Elena. She said after getting her nails done with Elena she would never go to the Chinese salons again. What a beautiful experience! I love the ambience and the staff. My girl Elena is the BEST manicurist in the entire world. She also is the BEST in waxing. I have known Elena for over 10 years and I am not letting her go ever. My daughter also looooooves Elena. She said after getting her nails done with Elena she would never go to the Chinese salons again. Elena is à perfectionist and every time my nails are perfect and my waxing too.

I have been a longtime client of my hairdresser, Benny. I love that Luxury Salon is his new home! The energy is very professional, but also very friendly and welcoming. Being in the Ironbound section of Newark, NJ, most of the clientele speaks Portuguese. I don’t speak Portuguese, but I always feel welcome and so comfortable! I am always offered a cup of coffee when I arrive, and all of the stylists say hello and greet you when you come in the door! There are so many services offered here, so you can really relax and get everything done in one place by real professionals!

Critical: QualityThis was easily one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever gotten done. They don’t actually have a pedicure part of the salon like I had thought. They did my pedicure at a normal nail station underneath the table with a plastic bin they used for water. My feet were in the water for not even 5 min before my foot was on her lap doing the pedicure. No part of this was relaxing. I asked for a simple white gel pedicure. Nothing extra about it. And they didn’t even have the white gel polish so she told me she would paint my feet with silver gel polish and simply “paint over it” with a coat of white regular polish. This was easily one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever gotten done. They don’t actually have a pedicure part of the salon like I had thought. They did my pedicure at a normal nail station underneath the table with a plastic bin they used for water.
