I’ve been getting my nails done there for many years, they take their time and do meticulous work. They are always on time and ready as soon as I walk in for my appt. Van & Tina are AMAZING, I don’t mind driving over 10 miles each way for to get great service.

Everybody is so friendly except for one of them. One of them shouldn’t even be doing nails. She was very rough and when she did my nails she did them way to thick and another lady had to come and help her because she was doing it very wrong. They had to take of the polish and do it all over again. And she wasn’t new. I always come here and see her every time. So overall I like the place very much. But this one experience didn’t make me happy. I was here for an hour and 45 minutes for just one pedicure. seriously!

I have been coming here for over a decade. There are plenty of nice, comfy chairs so there is rarely a wait. The pedicures are heavenly & they’re great at relieving my dry skin issues on my feet. The silk wraps are always done immaculately. I highly recommend this place to all of my friends!

This place has a new manicurist named Hailey. She is pimping the manicurist who don’t have a license. There now charging for even shaping your nails. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. I do not recommend anyone to go here. Trust me if I could put a picture of my manicure i would. Don’t go here. Please. You will walk out disappointed. They shouldn’t call the company luxury nails. They should call it GHETTO NAILS.

I went into this nail spa at the last minute on a Thursday night a half an hour before closing time. Not only did they take me as a walk in 30 minutes before closing they did a brand new set and pedicure on me for my little brother’s wedding. And Waxed my eyebrows for me. As I was sitting there at about 7:30 a flight attendant walks in before her flight and they also gave her a brand-new set and a pedicure as well.. I asked them but aren’t you guys closed? And they said if a customer comes in when the door is still open and they need our help we always help them no matter what. We never turn them away. I will highly recommend this place in the Future No Matter What. Coming from me that’s a big deal I am so picky when it comes to my nails and more picky when it comes to customer service. This place knows the meaning of customer service.
