i’ve gone to this salon for years and my mom paid for a pedicure for my birthday coming up. well sadly, i left with these scratches up my legs and feet purple and bruised. i am in so much pain it hurts to lay down. she used the scrapper for the bottom of my feet going all the way up my legs. i’m extremely introverted so i didn’t speak up assuming she knew what she was doing 🙁 didn’t expect to walk away like this

Will not be going back to this place. Waited over hour and half and didn’t even get my nails done because they wanted to do something I didn’t on my nails! The moment I walked in, they said we’ll be with you in a few mins, which turned into 1.5hrs! Was trying them, cause they were close to home, I’d rather drive the extra 15mins to the old salon I go to!

You call and they say come in at 7 and they make you wait almost an hour to start on your service. Very poor expectations and communication to customers. This was my first time and not coming back. This is disrespectful to other people’s time. You should just say don’t come. Disappointing to say the least.

Loved it! A friend and I called ahead five minutes and they were extremely enthusiastic! My nail tech Helen or Ellen (I have awful hearing and memory) was patient and very excited about the design. The environment is amazingly positive as well! Will definitely be coming back!

So I went this salon yesterday and safe to say I will never be going back. I went there for dip and a design I was told after I showed the design it would be 45 dollars and maybe a tiny add on, I ended up leaving this salon paying 80 dollars after my “small add on”. Also the fact that my nails have blood under them due to the fact my skin was taken off of my fingers while she was cleaning my nails. I also know tipping is a kind thing too do but in no way should you be allowed to add a $ 10 tip for yourself without asking.

I really enjoyed this nail salon until the last few visits I had recently. I had a gentleman do my nails for the first time and it took 3 hours to complete a pedicure /dip manicure. And when i has asked how much time was left the owner and manicurist told me it was my fault for not telling them I am in a hurry? The gentleman also doing my nails started asking me really inappropriate questions …. If I was married and how old I was? Let’s just say I will never be returning to this salon ever again. Don’t waste your time here

I never thought I’d be bawling my eyes out over nails but they completely botched my nails they look nothing like the picture and then they had the audacity to charge me $75 after telling me it’s gonna be $45 over the phone and never informing me prior that it would cost more. I made an appointment for 4:00. Was still sitting in the chair at 4:35 when they finally took me. The pedi was rushed and poor quality. Fast forward to next time… Geez, stop with the up-sell and trying to add services and concentrate on doing quality work! This pedi was also done poorly, cuticles were not cut properly, the polish chipped in less than a week.
