Yesterday was my first time at Luxury Nail Spa and I can say it was a great experience. The space is beautiful, relaxing and friendly professionals. I was served by Hunter and he did an amazing job! His design is impeccable and he is very focused. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I always go to this nail salon but recently I have had a horrible experience. Yesterday, I went in to get dip/french. I can’t remember the exact name of who did my nails but I know it was a man. As he was doing my nails he cut my fingers multiple times with the electric nail drill machine they use to where they are bleeding. I told him that he was cutting me and he just chuckled and shrugged. Usually, I wouldn’t leave reviews but this is a HEALTH HAZARD. It is disturbing because once they use those utensils on you they don’t soak them, and imagine how many other people he has cut. You don’t know what health diseases/issues people may have and to be cutting people with utensils that you don’t clean is DANGEROUS to your clients health. It is the next day, and my fingers are still in pain. If I could insert pictures I would. I will be posting this review on yelp too with pictures!

I have always had a great experience at this salon. I’ve been going here exclusively for years- May is phenomenal! She is so patient and kind- she wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied! I love this place so much that I have brought family with me to have services as well. Moon was so sweet and gentle with my elderly mother who has arthritis-my mom said it was the best manicure she ever had! I’m a loyal customer for a reason!

Go somewhere else!!!! This place is a joke and the owners are rude!!!!!! Their prices for a gel polish change has increased by $10 in 1 week (totaling 30)! I paid (the usual price) and then the owner started yelling that I needed to charge my card for more money Because the price went up to $30! Never in my life have I been stopped by an owner to charge my card again because they messed up charging me! If you make an appointment, they don’t write your info down and plan on still waiting! They do not wash their tools and they do not take the time or care, sloppy job (for $30). They are just trying to get you out. There are plenty of other salons around here that You can go to around the area!

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityThe technician didn’t open the tools in front of me which makes me think it was not sterilized before starting to work on me. The cleaning of the chair before a new client is poor. They spray the back of the chair quickly and completely ignore the arms and the touchscreen. I asked for regular nail polish and the technician started saying “cheap won’t last”. I have been getting my nails done for years so I know it lasts less than other options. Besides it’s my choice. The tech wanted to push the SNS which I don’t like. I rather have my nails polished every weekend. I asked for my nails to be filed square with round corners. I end up with a crooked nail shape. In all a very poor experience.
