I requested for this guy to do a French ombre manicure and he instead did a regular French, he said it looks better and probably faster for him to get done. Just tell me next time you couldn’t do it or don’t know how to do it and I’ll wait for the other guy that does it. You can’t even make your own decision here, he insists and does it his own style. Since when is it his decision of the style I’m going for? Looking at the reviews here, management don’t even care whether your happy with their service or not.

I do not normally leave reviews; however, the more I think about my experience the more irritated I am becoming.. pros to this place- good vibe, the people were nice …. cons- I wanted matching nail and toe polish…. The man that did my pedicure assured me that the dipping powder that he selected would match the gel polish on my toes because it “had the same number on the bottle.” Well the man is wrong, i currently have hot pink on my toes and plum on my nails. I was trying to “trust the process” and was thinking that maybe the plum would somehow turn pink since he is the one that does nails every day??? I know I should have just said something when I noticed that my nails were most definitely doing to be purple ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ Big mistake… the guy that did my nails left them rough with uneven polish. I am just hoping they last at Least 3 weeks… will not go back to this place

Ask for all prices before they touch you, no matter what the Internet or the booklets say. They make them up as they go. This is sad for me because I had a nail tech that I liked there and was a regular.

I got a basic manicure and the lady Who did my nails had no idea what I was saying when I said I want my nails trimmed she needed her coworker next her to translate everything. She didn’t ask for the shape, broke one of my nails filed it crooked, then proceeded to paint them thick and wavy. I had her remove it and I just left with them plain. Pretty sure she never went to Beauty school and was working without a license! I will not go back.

Nail teck was to busy telling everyone what to do than the pedicure she was doing for me. I got about 1/2 the pedicure I paid for. Toe nails cut and polished, lotion on legs that was it, and I still left a tip which I shouldn’t have. Also they added $5.00 extra to my debit card on top of my tip. That was my first time there and had made an appointment, they took walk ins ahead of me and I finally said I had an appointment. The only good thing I can say is they use tub liners. I did call them when I checked my back account they said next pedicure $25.00 I have not been back.

I got my nails done 2 weeks ago and I usually don’t post reviews but this place is horrible and I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK. I wanted a new acrylic set put on and a simple design. She basically gave me a fill in and didn’t do what I wanted on my nails and got smart with me when I said something to her about it. I told my aunt about it and told her who did my nails and she told me she did my cousins nails before and they came out horrible as well, so DO NOT LET THE LADY WHO WEARS SCRUBS do your nails there. I ended up getting my nails redone somewhere else once I left this place.

If I could rate a zero I would. It was my first time here and last time at this place. Extremely terrible service from one of the guys who was doing my nails. I asked him if he didn’t think one of my nails looked crooked he got mad and didn’t want to do my nails anymore. Im paying for the service and didn’t ask in a rude way at all. LITERALLY GOT UP AND DIDNT DO MY NAILS. He started telling another guy in their language stuff which I have no idea what it was I know he was talking about me made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Someone else ended up doing my nails. What kind of service is this. Very disappointing

She rushed on my nails. You can see through the paint due to one coat of color. Not only that the color part is uneven. Some of my nails are bumpy. This isn’t the first time they have messed my nails up. She didn’t use a tool for the paint she free-styled it and used nail polish remover to touch it up. Not only that the paint is already coming off and I got these done on Friday. When I went to another nail salon they used a tool so it would all be even. I gave them the benefit of the doubt . Clearly I won’t be back.
