I entered and asked for a manicure. I was told that it would be a 10 minute wait and was instructed to wait on the couch. One minute later, a white woman entered and asked for a manicure. She was told to sit at a station and wait. A few minutes later, a technician arrived to attend to her.

I used this place afew times back in 2017 and 18 and since then I think management has changed or they just got greedy over time. I recently moved my office in peachtree corners and this nail salon( being one that I have used before) …was convenient. Afew weeks ago…me and my hubby went in and I got a gel pedicure and acrylic cat eye set….first time was ok…even though we paid for a $45 pedicure and got mediocre service…I went back 2 weeks later for a fill in and repair on 2 nails and opted for a color change as well. WORST MISTAKE EVER! $69 LATER, long story short, it’s barely 2 days later and I already have a nail loose. If you a colored woman….spend your hard earned money somewhere else….the man at the front desk doesn’t even care what level of service you are getting…considering their work is priced double than most places, go where you are going to be appreciated for your business!

I am always asking for something creative and they always take good care of me! The manager is easy to talk to and the nail techs take the time to understand what crazy idea I’m trying to accomplish and talk through the options with me in advance! This was sns french pink base with gel polish and gold foil. Tedious to do but so worth it! I love this nail salon!

I’ve used this nail salon for years and I’m so sad that the service has declined under new management. All the top tier techs have left and the experience just isn’t luxurious anymore – which is how I justified the higher than average prices for so long. My last tech was obviously inexperienced in the service I requested (SNS) and my nails look like a DIY experiment. I also noticed I got 2 fees charged for length (I have naturally oval shaped nails and don’t get tips) AND shape. Time to break up.

I bring my friends and mom here all the time and they also love it compared to the places in their area and this area. First off I walk in and I’m greeted by several smiling ladies. I’ve been paying an upscale price for my nails but I haven’t had an upscale experience until coming here. Nail salons can be so hit and miss. Annie did my pedicure, outstanding job! Lee did my SNS and did a fabulous job. I wanted to have my nails and toes done separate so of course I have to wait until the nail tech who does SNS has to finish with her previous client. No problem, I don’t mind waiting. The manager knew my name and asked if I wanted something else to drink while my tech finished. I work at a hair salon, so customer service is very important to me as I like to give my clients an awesome experience. I will definitely be coming back here in the near future!!!!!

Honest review, me and my mom came and had a mani pedi done. Literally on the same night 95% my jewels on my toes came off and by the next day around 1pm all of OUR jewels came off on both nails and toes. I called them and told them what happened and the manager’s response was YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. We spent $166 and live OVER and hour away. What a waste of money and time.

I noticed my technician wasn’t thorough but I let it slide. I took a closer look upon leaving and noticed she did a horrible job on cuticles and color clean up. After 6 days the polish was chipping off. Do not recommend their work at all.
