Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueBeing going here for a while. Very unprofessional and messy this last time I went!!! I asked Tommy to clean it up after another woman had made a mess of my nails!!! Tommy got mad And tough when dealing with my hands and he burned my skin off while taking my nail polish off. He is the worst nail tech ever!!! Got up and pushed me out of the way on the chair not once but twice to go behind the cash register as that is where I was sitting. No sorry no nothing horrible business never again!!! He was recommended by a lot of people but he’s def not professional when a complaint is made. Being going here for a while. Very unprofessional and messy this last time I went!!! I asked Tommy to clean it up after another woman had made a mess of my nails!!! Tommy got mad And tough when dealing with my hands and he burned my skin off while taking my nail polish off. He is the worst nail tech ever!!! I paid $47 for these….. Opposite of Luxury. I’m so sad. Literally the worst nails I’ve ever had done. Looks like they were done by a 5 year old. *UPDATE 4 days later and 4 nails have popped off.

My tech did a beautiful job on my mani/pedi. I had a lovely time getting some Birthday pampering and she was sweet to wish me Happy Birthday a few times. It made for a special day. (My nails look better than the photo, which I took after dark.)

I took my sister and great niece. I told the male owner 2 pedicures and a polish change for my great niece. I go to pay and they charge me for two pedicures for adults mind you my great niece is 6. My sister paid for herself. $25 for a pedicure for a kid is ridiculous. No more going to this salon! Pedicure

VERY RUDE LADY !!! I asked for a pedicure and the lady literally screamed at me to sit in a chair. I let it slide since I wanted my nails done , she later on asked me what color I wanted and I said 407 and she looked for the color and slammed the nail polish on the table very aggressively and made me feel uncomfortable. I immediately stood up and told her respectfully I didn’t want it anymore. She rolled her eyes at me . She stared to talk to her coworkers, you can definitely tell that she was annoyed I declined her service pls don’t come here unless you want to have a bad day :((( you WILL get your day ruined !!!
