Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueUnfortunately I had Amy, who was in a rush, laughed when I mentioned not to cut too deep. Gaslighting me by telling me I’m so scared. Manipulating the chair to lean it back so I don’t look at the two cuts she did because she cut too close, not taking the care or time to look at my nails. Seems to be on auto pilot. I bled, I didn’t need to look, I felt the cut that is a red flag for me. For $30. She worked on my nails a total of 15 min. Ugh what a waste of money that could have been used for a much better service all around. At the end barely took the care to ensure polish was even. The big toe is uneven to give the smooth look of a professional pedicure. Disappointed to say at the least. Bleh. Came in with my daughter and her wedding party to get nails and toes done. Workers were rude and I had hang nails on all my fingers two days later. On my daughter’s wedding day! Never go back!

First nail & pedicure since the beginning of March. Safety precautions to the max. Washed my hands before even entering. Face covering a must. Temp taken and questionnaire filled out. All the techs were were wearing face covering and protective shields and gloves. Individually wrapped tools for each customer, sanitized between each cistomer and plexiglass dividers. And of course their phenomenal customer service! My toes and fingers are so pretty and happy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

weren’t very friendly. came for white french tip acrylics and left with oddly shaped nails with varying lengths. not to mention that i was cut around my nails to the the point that i was bleeding. will not return.

Went here to have a gel pedicure and my eyebrows done today and am dissatisfied with the service. Made an appointment 2 days prior to it and showed up 5 minutes early. Was seated in the pedicure chair and waited for 25 minutes until someone came to do my pedicure. They asked if I would like regular vs deluxe and I asked what the difference was and was told you get wax and a longer massage. Well the massage was nonexistent. I also had my eyebrows waxed and had to have her go back to pluck more and now that I’m in my car I see that I’m going to have to just do them myself as there are multiple parts she missed. What upsets me even more is that this is the first time I’ve gone out to do something for myself in over 2 months and am paying to have someone watch my kids, great day out. Will never return here. My advice-don’t take appointments if you don’t have the staffing to take care of your clients.

Kim has been doing my nails for the last 6 to 7 years. She is awesome and I don’t have anyone else do my nails anymore. If I have a nail emergency while I’m on the road, as I’m a truck driver, I wait til I’m home for her to fix it. Everyone else I’ve ever had do my nails has not done them the way Kim does. Thank you Kim for all the years of awesome nails!!!!

I used to be a regular customer and was fairly pleased with my pedicures even though they do have a tendency to rush and be a bit sloppy there were some ladies that were very nice and would make the effort to cut my nail so I wouldn’t have issues and I appreciated that. So I was very disheartend at my last visit. I brought my older daughter and two young children on mother’s day to treat us all and my son was treated terribly. He’s a very sweet boy, but never had a pedicure and didn’t know what to expect so he asked a lot of questions and was hesitant, the lady has absolutely no patience or the slightest inclination to be kind at all. It didn’t look like she did cut his nails at all which was frustrating because I specifically asked her to, it just looked like she put some clear polish over them. When it was time to pay I had vocalize my dissatisfaction with my youngest child’s services and to my disbelief the technician attitude was pretty much like “O’well tip me”. It was something else. Totally shameless. To make it even more unbelievable the other nail tech and some young girl were saying something I couldn’t understand and laughing, obviously finding it entertaining, the whole encounter was totally unprofessional. They have lost my business, and the business of my family and friends I definitely would not recommend
