It was my first time and I only went to have a manicure and it was fast, clean, personable, good prices, multitude of polish colors. The ladies in front of me had pedicures done and they left pleased, with one coming back later for a wax. I really liked Luxury Nails Spa and will be going again.

I wanted to be impressed but I’ve had better. She did a thorough job with cuticle cleaning. But the nails are too squared and the gel polish is lumpy even tho I pointed out a bump on thepolish on the first coat. She kept using the electric file even after I told get not to because my nails are thin. They actually made fun of me thinking I didn’t understand. And the owner tried to slip my ring off during the very short massage.

I used to like this nail salon but it’ll no longer be in rotation of places to go. Got a $78 pedicure with two acrylic toes and had to go back is because the acrylic was all the way to my cuticle which was very painful. Less than a week and a half later and acrylic nail has popped off in my sock super frustrating Pedicure

It was my first time there, I went to get my eyebrows done. The ladies there are so sweet. They are not pushy, they don’t rush you. I absolutely love how my brows were done. The pricing is amazing there as well.

Critical: ProfessionalismCame in with my daughter to get pedicures, the lady asked what type of pedicure we wanted. I told her what I wanted for me and what I wanted for my daughter, two different treatments. They had a lack of communication I guess because the lady began to do gel on my daughter which is $13 more expensive. I confirmed with my daughter and she didn’t ask for gel. After telling the lady she is a child and doesn’t need fancy treatments she said ok but she is going to mess them up soon. I was sent to rite aid to pull cash because they failed to mention there card system wasn’t working. I came back and by daughters nail was not completely painted to which I brought to their attention and they began to say thats why I said to get gel. Then began to tall smack I assume in there language. Critical: QualityGot a full set 65$ which is pretty pricey on its own. Broke two nails 2 nails 4 days later. Came back was taken care of and was never informed I would have to pay to get them fixed. Most places will fix your nails for free if you got them done less than a week ago. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING that they charged me 10$ so 75$ on coffin shaped ombre nails Will never be worth it.Follow up broke another nail in less than one week. 75$ for 3 nails to break in less than a week.
