It was a terrible experience, I brought my sister in to get her nails done, and the young woman cut my sister’s finger bloody, which caused my sister a lot of pain, so she moved her hands. But she didn’t even apologized…Instead of apologizing, the young woman yelled at my sister, “Don’t move!” She casually cleaned the wound with a dirty rag, which made me feel very unhappy! What made me even more upset was that she and her coworkers were laughing and joking the whole time, which was really rude and impolite. I am not coming back again.

The nail spa was very nice and calming inside. My problem was with lisa the lady doing my nails. She kept burn my skin near the nails with the drill. I pulled back a few times saying it was painful. She just told me I was to sensitive and processed doing it. She was going so fast with the drill that she would go around my whole finger! Then when she put the acrylic on, she plopped a glob of it on and it was dripping off my nails. After that she colored my nails and if she got color on my skin, she used the file and Filed it off! The nails came out OK. The nails had different sizes, so when I got home I filed them to the right size.
