I came here after having a horrible experience at another nail salon down the road. The manager was very nice and welcoming. I came in without an appointment and they still were very accommodating. The place is clean and quiet which I like. An older lady did my pedi and she did a great job. Fast yet thorough. Corey did my mani and I am very happy with the results. He used to do my nails at another salon and just happened to be working today. He listened and took the time to make sure I was happy with the results. I’m in love with my nails and will be returning in the future.

I was really liking Brian’s Work but today I showed up for my appointment for my mother and I and he didn’t show. I understand that he manages two careers. Though I specifically asked him the day I set my appointment (3 weeks prior) if he wanted my phone number to let me know if there would be any inconvenience where he would not be able to show. He said no. I thought about him before he thought about us, made us waste our only day off finding where else we could get our nails done..

Critical: QualityI had my natural nails done at this nail salon, I went with the gel paint option. It’s only been 6 days and the polish is already peeling off. I already didn’t like that the paint job wasn’t smooth looking, but I was ready to leave because the woman that did my nails had already removed the paint to redo a few of my nails over during the process and at that point I was over it. I had my natural nails done at this nail salon, I went with the gel paint option. It’s only been 6 days and the polish is already peeling off. I already didn’t like that the paint job wasn’t smooth looking, but I was ready to leave because the woman that did my nails had already removed the paint to redo a few of my nails over during the process and at that point I was over it. Do not waste your time or money, there is nothing luxury about the salon and their prices are too expensive for the quality.

My daughter loves this place. My wife tried it and likes it too. Yes I have went here a couple of times and they give great pedicures. I have problems with the nails of my big toes being ingrown. They did a great job of correcting the nail and educated me how to cut my nails so it would help grow differently . There is a stigma against guys going to nail salons. That’s silly. Having pretty ladies doing your nails is never a bad thing in my book. Now no polish for me thank you. I just do not understand why more guys don’t go. They are missing out.

I went in today for fills a walk in. They weren’t busy 2 people getting pedicures. I was told it be about 10 minutes. Which was fine but what Wasn’t fine was how there is one of them the people who work there was just sitting around on the phone and another 1 was walking around eating a cheese cake and then two people came in to get pedicures and manicures no appointment like me and they were abour to be seated before me. So I left and went to fancy instead. They are way better. Fancy nails!!!!

Under new management and they are amazing!! Went and had a full set and pedicure. Brian was so concerned with my happiness with my nail design that he did it on a fake nail to show me first. And seriously best pedicure I’ve ever had. Didn’t get her name but wow!! And the lady who put on my dull set, they look super natural but very long. They earned my business back.

Had a great experience with the new management at Luxury nails. So much cleaner and more appealing. All new chairs and equipment. Staff is professional and clean cut. Got a deluxe pedicure and loved the mask they did on my legs and feet. They were able to get me right in on a Saturday. Pleasantly surprised by the changes!

Pedicure-Water was too hot, the foot and leg massage hurt, the callus remover was okay, polish colors weren’t vast. $35 for “Deluxe Pedicure” that other places charge, $20-25! Full Set-I asked for pink and white powder. John gave me natural powder, and then painted my nails with gel polish. I only wanted gel top coat. Nails were bumpy and nail polish is not evenly coated on nails. The length is too long and the French tip is uneven! Really disappointed. I had received a gift certificate (with no expiration date) and they refused to take it. $80 waste! I tried this place under previous owner and was not satisfied, gave it a second try under new owner and again unsatisfied. Not wasting my hard earned money at this place again!Don’t spend your money here either!
