Called to schedule an appointment on Saturday for a 1pm pink and white fill with Michelle for Monday. They asked if I wanted a pedicure , also. Stated sure. Arrived at 12.53pm. Lady started pedicure. Over an hour later, no pink and white fills were ever started. An appointment means nothing here.

Probably the nicest nail salon I’ve been to. As a guy, I mostly just want my fingernails to be clean and durable. It was only $15 to get my nails clipped, cleaned and covered in a clear coat, which keeps them from cracking.

VERY UNHAPPY!!!!! I got a classic $14 manicure. I had them remove the Nexgen nails first. (not sure how to spell it) My nails had grown to a nice length. Instead of making sure they were all the same length, she cut them all. As you can see in the photo they are not the same length. Then, she didn’t even try to buff the scrapes down and make it smooth. She proceeded to give me a hand and arm massage while the powder from my nails were all over my hands and arms. She didn’t dust it off. She said it was ok, because I was going to go wash them anyway. And then.. She just put a clear coat of nail polish on my nails. They look horrible and I had an interview right afterward. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WONT BE BACK. I WILL ALSO BE POSTING THIS SAME REVIEW ON YELP.

I used to go here all the time. Last few times I was disappointed. Today I called ahead and was told to come in 25 minutes. I was 5 min away so I waited to go in. I got there to find out they gave my appointment away because they had called me 1 minute ago to confirm I was coming and I didn’t answer. I know everyone is busy because of work but they gave my appointment away after telling me to wait and come in 25 minutes. Utterly disrespectful.
