Critical: ProfessionalismThis salon is absolutely terrible! I would give it zero stars if I could. I POLITELY asked the man to copy the picture I had him look at and I said I wanted everything the same but the shape & that I wanted the shape a little rounder and soft edged since I have a son. First, he was filing my nails way too rough and yelled at me when I asked him to repeat himself because I couldn’t understand what he was saying. Then he cut the acrylics shorter than I wanted and didn’t fix it after I said they were shorter than what I said. In the middle of shaping I noticed he was making them sharp like I had asked not to. He yelled at me again and said “you said you wanted what the picture showed” and I replied “yes , but I said I wanted a smoother shape”. Then he sighed and got an attitude with me and clipped all the acrylics off horribly and said I have to go somewhere else to get my nails done. Didn’t even file off the acrylic he had already glued on. I told him other salons don’t have an issue when they accidentally mess up on the shape or anything. And he proceeded to tell me to get out of his store. VERY unfriendly atmosphere. Will never go here again.Service: Acrylic nailsThis salon is absolutely terrible! This salon is absolutely terrible! I would give it zero stars if I could. I POLITELY asked the man to copy the picture I had him look at and I said I wanted everything the same but the shape & that I wanted the shape a little rounder and soft edged since I have a son. First, he was filing my nails way too rough and yelled at me when I asked him to repeat himself because I couldn’t understand what he was saying.
