Very nice lady! Another gentleman said so much that I didn’t really understand anything, I just understood that he wanted me to pay, I never saw him pay before finishing the job, the big problem is that in the painting part they don’t paint the corners of the nails very well and they clean with their own nails, they don’t wear gloves. I was ready to tip the lady well, but she just moved to another chair. I wasn’t too excited, I’m really not going back

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo NOT waste your time with this salon. I had my gel nails done here right before my father’s funeral. I broke one nail at the funeral and one after the service. Returned to have my broken nails fixed on a walk in basis- the woman who walked in after me wanting a full set of nails was seated before me. The manager asked me to return in a few hours. So, I went and had a pedicure at another salon and returned to the salon wearing my pedicure slippers. I told the manager I wanted my nails fixed. He took one look at my feet and very rudely told me I should have had my nails fixed where I had my pedicure done and flat refused to fix my nails. It cost me $70 for a pedicure. The middle pic is what I showed him and the other two are my nails. I love them. My daughter and I went for pedicures and a full set of nails and not only was this place very relaxing but they were all very friendly and worked together as a team.. today was such a busy day for them but not once did I feel rushed. Did a dip manicure and some nails are darker than others and lighter as well. They didn’t go all the way in the sides of my nails so I have spaces between the nail and skin that is indeed noticeable. I got a glitter blue, my nails look like I used a little girls glitter nail polish. Needless to say it’s not worth $50 and I will not go back. She did not get a tip and now I have janky nails for the next month

Been a regular here for 4 years. My regular technician (who is AMAZING) was on maternity leave so I just booked a normal appointment for a fill with anyone available. When I got there, I sat and waited for 30 minutes with no service. No one apologized for the lack of service or even bothered to say anything to me. After sitting for half an hour, I just walked out. The owner tried to make excuses for the lack of service saying they were short staffed. They take appointments, but they don’t write them down and don’t care enough to honor those appointments. Walk-ins will be served before you which defeats the purpose of making appointments. I’m super disappointed that I have to take my business elsewhere, but I’m not paying for poor customer service like they have here.

I should have looked at the reviews before I came 🙁 the lady didn’t know how to paint nails she had polish in all the wrong spots :/ the man had to fix it but he made my nail shape thick and chunky I was thinking about having them remove them but since it was Memorial Day weekend I just kept it. Nails different sizes and the man stopped and started my nails about 10 times.

I love Luxury Nails! I had another great experience today. I got dipped nails with a French tip, and they look great. I love how they are durable but not super thick feeling nails. I’ll definitely be back!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityTried to use this business.Walked in for an appointment with my daughter for two fills with gel polish, they said they could get us in, didn’t say anything about how long or if we need to wait. Well we waited 40 minutes and Nobody told me anything- horrible customer service -when I asked how long it’s going to be because they keep helping other people they said “oh we can get one of you right now”…. We had a limited amount of time and they just wasted it all. I understand appointments are good but they should’ve said how long it could be approximately to wait. Critical: QualityNormally a great experience. Today not so much. The gal did a horrible job on my pedicure (my heels could still be considered lethal weapons)and filled my nails paper thin. One broke before she could even paint. Definitely not worth $65.
