They don’t even file your nails on the pedicures. Asked them to fix a rigid toe nail and they said “no no, we can’t do that” like what in actual f. I would give 0 stars if possible, don’t go here. Pedicure

I get my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks and I couldn’t ask for better treatment! Yes small staff but come back when they ask or wait and it is worth it! Critical: QualityDon’t recommend this place. The nails were looking good until they out polish on. Then, they layered on the polish until they were big and bulky. She didn’t wash her hands between pedicures and manicures. My nails weren’t even completely dried before I paid, causing fuzz from my hoodie to stock to it. This nail salon was a real disappointment. I was generous in giving it two stars. Customer service was mediocre. My friend and I were waiting well over an hour soaking our feet in cold water until we could get our pedicures (it took two hours!!!). I got a deluxe French pedicure, I like that style because it usually lasts well over 3 weeks. Well four of my nails the white tip has already scratched off and it’s only a four day old pedicure. Don’t waste your time here. Go to VN nails if you want friendly service and a top notch job! I won’t make the mistake of coming to luxury nails again.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone did a really bad on my nails left stuff under my fingernails glued my real nails yo my skin and didn’t get nail polish on the sides of a few of my nail I won’t be going back there. I will go back my regular place and that is the nail palace in Gulfport they are awesome. And never had a bad experience with them

1 star is way more than I want to give! The people that did my wife and my pedicures caused both of us to get infected ingrown toenails! Not sure if the equipment wasn’t sanitised properly or what but we will never go back here. Water was cold..None of the workers were talking to us as they do in most nail salons. Paid 35 for a sorry pedicure that was supposed to last 30 minutes but lasted 10. Would highly recommend nails by Mary in Hattiesburg in the Winn Dixie shopping mall area! They actually give u your money’s worth!

I could not be more disappointed in my nails , The people were really nice don’t get me wrong but I can’t accept the fact I have acrylic on all my fingers down to the knuckle. The paint is clumpy I have paint on my fingers . It looks like a 5 year old did them !!
