The service to a black young lady was horrible and the extremely unprofessional to her. I was planning on bringing my bridal shower here. After I witnessed them refuse to get in contact with the owner when the young lady requested was honestly disturbing being that I had just received a wax from the owner herself.They are prejudice to people of color and that’s is unacceptable. I would not suggest visiting this nail salon. The experience was completely horrible to witness and not once did the young girl become rude or disrespectful. Such a shame. I really enjoyed visiting . However I’m a firm believer in treating others how you want to be treated and with morals and respect.

I use to use this place when I lived on this side of town. They are very clean and do a good job. Just be careful because they will perform services on you then charge you extra. I got a pedicure today and I specifically said REGULAR a million times. They did all this stuff and I got charged $160 for a pedicure for me and my 6 year old and for my nails to be filled. I did agree to the gel polish for both she and I and understood it would cost more. However, I specifically said a REGULAR pedicure for me and my daughter and they did their thing then when I went to pay I about fainted at the price. I didn’t have time to sit there and go over the bill as my daughter was tired and I couldn’t focus on the bill to tend to her. I took the loss and just paid and still tipped. I now know that they will add services. There might be a language barrier, but I repeated regular pedi many times in the beginning and only agreed to gel polish as an extra. Just beware of the things they’ll throw in and beware of up charging. Otherwise the staff is very nice and the place is very clean and they did good work on me and my daughter and my friend.

I love this nail spa!! It’s so relaxing- no blaring tvs, nice relaxing music. You get a free drink with your pedicure. I’ve never had to wait, but it’s also never empty. They even have two cute children’s pedicure chairs. They make my (short, not well cared for) nails look amazing!

I visited this place on a couple of occasions. When I returned on my second visit, I was unable to get the same attended. So I was assigned to someone else. When I inquired about the price of service that I wanted, the young lady was extremely rude!! She literally shouted at me when quoting the price of the service. I was under the impression that this was a professional business establishment, and the pricing was the same for the same type of services they were offering. So, when noticed another costumers nails, I was interested in how much it would cost to get the same service for myself. I must have upset her with my questioned of pricing! Because she got up and refuse to complete my nails. Another nail technician had finished my service. Once I got home, I notice that around the edges of some of my finger had cuts, as if she was using the file to close. Please use caution when visiting this place! The atmosphere seem pleasant, but there is a nail technician in there that really does like her job!! “P.S. second chair to the left when you walk in the door”. Sincerely shaken up customer!

They rushed to do my feet I kept letting them know I didn’t like it and wasn’t paying until I was satisfied and the young man who did them had attitude the whole time drop a polish bottle on my feet and didn’t apologize I only got a polish change and toes cut down $45 a waste of time and money highly don’t recommend Pedicure

I was a little upset that I had to have my old nails cut off and removed and start all over again. But my nail tech explained why and it turned out into a pretty good experience. I’m very picky when it comes to my nails cause I always spend a great amount, so I want what I like and expect it to be as so and I think she understood that with doing my toes first.

Favorite nail salon I’ve ever been to. This place had wonderful customer service, gave you a free drink and made sure to check on you often. Enjoyed the massage chairs and pedicure! When I went (July 21, late review). The pedicure was $30 and I would go again and pay same price or more for service and quality.

I figured why I haven’t been back in a while. Pedicure was ok. But getting my nails done here was a completely mistake. I had a set I had done somewhere else two weeks ago with acrylic powder in a specific color, 1st ok they were not able to match the color, I understand is a different place and I agreed to get a new set thinking it will be the best solution and because I want my nails to look great I agreed to it. I show the guy the picture of what I wanted. I got an awful application. They cut the nails to short, one of my thumbs were hurt in the process. I asked to have my nails soak in acetone to avoid being hurt while they take the set I already had off. Proceed to get new set. Awful application of the acrylic, thick extra fake looking. And poor hygiene process. Just look at the pictures. My fingers are gross, my cuticles completely ignore and acrylic all over my fingers. I paid $65 for this joke. Don’t throw your money away like I did. Go see a professional, somewhere else.
