Critical: Quality, ValueI literally never leave reviews ever, but I am utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received today. The nail tech was very friendly but the job done looked as though an unskilled person did my nails. I have very slender nails and after adding tips and using the dip, they became very bulky and broad. I asked multiple times to make my nails a little more square but each time the nail tech filed them down, they remained the same. Eventually my nail tech had to seek help from another. The other tech tried to file them down but I still ended up with the same results. Being who I am, not wanting to make others feel unworthy or as though the job performed was inadequate, I paid and left. After getting inside my car, I sat there for a few minutes examining my nails, and I couldn’t help but to think of the money I wasted. So, I went back inside to remove the dip powder and tip, and to ask for a refund. After they started the removal process, I got up because I had already lost time that I’ll never get back, and did not want to spend another minute inside the salon. I did get a refund but I will NEVER go back to Luxury Nail Spa. I literally never leave reviews ever, but I am utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received today. The nail tech was very friendly but the job done looked as though an unskilled person did my nails. I have very slender nails and after adding tips and using the dip, they became very bulky and broad. After waiting for 30+minutes, I finally got into the pedicure chair. That was the only portion that was great. I spent 3 hours at the nail salon because they had new people doing my nails. Fast forward, 3 of them snapped off within a week like press ons and the gold foil was gone after the second day. I had an appointment for a full set with gel polish and a pedicure at 10am. They were not prepared at that time for my appointment. After waiting for 30+minutes, I finally got into the pedicure chair. That was the only portion that was great. I spent 3 hours at the nail salon because they had new people doing my nails. Fast forward, 3 of them snapped off within a week like press ons and the gold foil was gone after the second day. When I came back to get it fixed I had to wait another 2 hours just to be helped where they also didn’t want to fix it without me paying for an entirely new set.

Critical: ValueI was charged 60 dollars for nails that literally looked nothing like the picture I showed. I wanted pink French and they did a clear base so my whole nail bed was visible which just didn’t look good in this circumstance. I never asked for that! It’s giving very much crusty Barbie. It also looks like a pill capsule, no cohesion or blending. So essentially I got charged 60$ for half of my nails painted. They were also super busy so they rushed my nails so bad and kept jumping me around but spent like 3 hours on my friends nails when I was probably spending the most money. I was definitely getting a more intricate design with more precision but I was the first one out. Just had no regard, and I am very vocal. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSTAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. They have people practicing on your nails here and they are charging regular prices. There are globs of dried up clear hanging off my nails. The worker claimed it was because the polish did not dry after me witnessing him dump loads of clear on my nails and not allowing the nails to cure under the light long enough. He was also very unprofessional and watched videos on his phone the entire time he was doing my nails which is clearly why they were not done properly.There is dried up polish on the sides of my nails and toenails that were not cleaned up. Behind $77 the work is unacceptable. When I asked to have a partial refund they refused, and wanted to fix my nails after I did not have more time to waste. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in with my girlfriend to get her nails done and when inside we spent about three hours on nails that she could have done at home herself. The shape is pretty good but the polish could be better. She had thought they agreed to use gel but she thought she’d go with it and see how the final product turned out but we were pretty let down. They had one other customer come in the entire time we were there yet they still didn’t want to do the dips instead of acrylics but we went with acrylic after being told the lady who actually does the dips didn’t want to.
