Very rude and terrible customer service. Paying a ton of money for mediocre rushed work. Went in for a short full set with an acrylic toe nail fill and they pushed the gel polish which I got but when filling the toe there was no shaping of the nail or proper prep work done. At one point I had to take the nail file and fix my own nail. Short full set on my hand was rushed to where a whole corner of my nail was missing acrylic. When I asked to have it fixed before I left and after I already paid the manager stated I would wait on who was next (not the person who did my nails) when the next person was open I asked him if he is doing it he rudely said “NO” I asked who is going to do it and the big guy that does pedicures rudely jumped in and said “You always have an issue when you come here.” Mind I’ve been to that shop almost 4 times in the last 2 years!! This shop does not pride it itself on good work or good customer service. If I pay such an astronomical price for a service I am paying for the entire service not halfway mediocre rushed work and bad customer service!!! Won’t be back ever again!!! Just plain out rude!!

Never had my nails this wide. I explained to the man I need them more narrow I have skinny fingers. And the cubicles were drowned with polish I told him to clean it up. These nails were for my brothers wedding this is not acceptable. The guy kept saying how pretty I was and not knowing a damn thing about nails. The way he filed them they’re uneven and pointy on the side. Literally got this done Saturday and they look like this. I’m disappointed

Honestly it was my first time and all I got was a pedicure and Vanessa did an amazing job , she took her time and really did her thang . Not disappointed at all . They had steady business and didn’t keep anyone waiting for too long and the vibe was nice and all the other employees were very nice as well ! Definitely will be back

Just NO!!! He was ready to clear coat at this point. I have a natural curve. These are flat. Acrylic is streaky. Now I have to file them correctly. Not sure of the technicians name. Second chair from the last on the left. He was an older gentleman.
