Went in last week, a full week exactly to get a fill in and cut down this was the worst set I have ever received in my life! The pictures speak for it self. Acrylic was laid sloppy all over my finger, the shape was horrid and the gel polish was either old or the nail tech did not know what she was doing. I had plenty bubbles and streaks! I am disgusted and disappointed. I normally don’t leave reviews on google but I felt it was imperative to do so about this.

I never leave reviews but this was unacceptable. I came to get my acrylic nails (done at a different nail salon) taken off. service started off well until the lady doing my nails began to scrape off excess acrylic from my already soaked nails using a nail tip. When she got to my right thumb i told her it hurt multiple times but she continued to try and pry it off. Eventually, it caused a deep break in my natural nail. She then tried to paint over the nails with clear polish while there was still acrylic on my nail. If you’re looking for luxury, this is DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE TO GO.

Really friendly nail salon and good nail work. I’ve been going here for about 3 years now and most of the ladies know me by name and even remember details about me which is nice. The manager mimi doesn’t talk much due to language barrier but she always greets me with a smile and makes sure Im okay during my service. Whenever I have any issues with my service I let her know and she tells the nail tech right away for them to fix it. Very professional!

Critical: ProfessionalismThe manager/owner (Mimi) of the nail shop has the nastiest attitude. I went to the shop for services on January 7, 2022, as I walk in she started yelling, my sister not here, come back tomorrow (this was the only time I could come. She always wants to dictate your TIME). I asked, her was there someone else that could do my nails? She yelled no. She never looked up from her phone. I have been going to this nail shop for a few years and have notice Mimi does not know how to talk to people and it is not a language barrier. It’s her nasty TONE. I have natural nails with gel polish, have been working to grow them out for the past five months and no issues. Not only is the polish poorly applied, she used an electric buffer to pull off the originally gel. I should’ve known it would be an issue when she continued to buff with the electric tool after the polish was already off. Two of my nails have already broken since getting them done three days ago.

When I asked her she basically refused because she said they look perfect in her eyes after I told her that the nails that I have are stiletto and what I asked for was coffin.
