I am new to town and decided to check out Luxury Nails for the first time. I initially went in and asked for dip nails with extensions, shaped in the coffin style. I was told that dip cannot be accommodated because of the length I requested. I thought that was strange because I’ve never had any problems with dip regarding the length, as my nails are not very long even with extensions. I decided that I would try acrylic nails instead of dip even though I typically don’t use acrylic. The nails themselves did not come out in the coffin shape and the gel polish & acrylic was quite thick. I was told that he could not accommodate the shape I asked for. I asked if he could at least make all the nails the same shape but eventually gave up asking because he didn’t seem to understand what I was requesting as far as reshaping. Overall I wasn’t ecstatic about the manicure but I decided it was a learning experience, paid & left. A few days later I noticed that the gel polish was peeling up and it was not fully cured. There was still wet polish underneath the top layer. Due to my work hours I wasn’t able to return to have it fixed until a week after the original appointment. I came in as soon as the salon opened and asked that the nails be removed completely. The woman at the front said that i could have the gel taken off and redone. I told her I just want everything removed. She said that she was unable to have the nails removed because of appointments coming in, but I could come in later. I did not see anyone in the salon and I do not believe it would have taken long to remove the acrylics. Even if appointments were made I feel like they should have fixed their mistake, especially if I didn’t want a full set replacement, just the removal of the ruined nails. I ended up leaving and finding another salon to fix my nails. I do not recommend this salon for anything other than a basic manicure, if that.

Literally the cutest set I’ve ever gotten. Love them so so soooo much. I’m a barista and had Paul as my nail artist, he made them thicker for me since I work with my hands so much. I love them. Perfect color and everything! This is my first time here and I’ve had problems with other salons doing my nails because I have such tiny hands, but he was able to get them done in the way I wanted. Highly recommend!!!

I am very unsatisfied with my recent visit to the nail salon. I got a manicure and pedicure and while the pedicure was good my manicure left me bleeding on 4 of my cuticles. These pictures are 48 hours later and I’m still having very painful cuticles and the dipped nails are already cracking. The manicure itself took almost an hour and a half and they did discount me 10$ due to the applying the wrong top coat and needing to rebuff the nail and start the process over again. I will not be returning.

I was skeptical to go here after reading some of the negative reviews but I went with luxury nails to get my acrylics removed because their prices were way better compared to the last place I went. I also had my natural nails repainted pink for Valentine’s Day. Today I just wanted the bare basic as I just returned home from vacation. My cuticles look terrible right now because I’m a nervous biter and I didn’t get get a manicure today so that part was out of their control. I am very satisfied with this salon. They were patient with me and I feel like they took their time. The salon itself was very clean and beautiful. The atmosphere was relaxing and they were playing soft rock which was very nice. I cannot wait to go back and get a mani pedi with them! ❤️ Thank you again for helping me! I look forward to seeing you all again

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and I on Saturday September 24. They’re is one lady who is from the Dominican Republic and she was so kind. She gave me an amazing pedicure until the older lady came and took over. My daughter showed the gentleman a picture of the nails she wanted and what she got was definitely different colors. She was so unhappy she started to cry. The man fussed because “he spent 25 minutes doing her nails” she decided to change them to a solid gray and he said “that’s an old lady color” I showed the older woman what I wanted and was told “that’s too difficult pick something else.” Our nails look horrible. They didn’t paint to the cuticles. Looks like we need fill-ins AGAIN. Some of the nails are fat and shaped funny. My daughter has a pinky that’s crooked. This was our 1st and last time going here.

After reading and hearing good reviews about Luxury Nails, I thought I would check them out for myself. I will not be going back. Everyone seemed very rushed and barely spoke to any of us customers. The pedis were a joke, as we walked out of there with calluses still showing on our heels. Not to mention the polish job (see pic). I do love the natural color of gel on my nails, however, the edges of my nails were ridged and catching on my clothing and the gel is already peeling in just a couple of days. $150+ is a lot of money to me, and I will not waste that much here again.

I have been going here since they opened. They always take care of me and make me feel special. I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done as they always do such a good job. I love their many different pedicures also! So many to choose from, they have the best massage chairs too. Tracy also waxes my eyebrows. They are just wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone!! ❤️
