Do not come here for lashes if you like your eyes. They use very cheap glue, while charging top dollar, that caused severe allergic reaction and their cleanliness is questionable. I get lashes on a regular basis and was out of town and came here as they had a last minute appointment availability. Never again

Do not EVER patronize this place or Nina for lashes I’m seriously afraid she may have caused permanent damage to my eyes due to the fact that she’s uses way to much glue! It was so much glue in my eyes she had trouble opening them then, I asked her THREE times with my eyes watering & burning for the fan before she gave it to me. Her prices are inconsistent & so is her stank attitude the gentleman who checked me out ran my card for &65 dollars & the next day they readjusted the price to $85 dollars just HORRIBLE!!! Oh yea on more thing, my eyes were so bad I couldn’t even make it home without stopping to get some eyewash for the pain!

One of the most offensive service experiences ever. I got my nails (acrylic) done here by the male owner. They seemed especially thin and I expressed concerns they would break. The next day I had to return because at least one broke. They seemed especially bothered and the female (I believe another owner) insisted that they not be replaced. She literally glued the separated nail and filed it as opposed to replacing the nail which would be expected in any salon. I was in disbelief and stunned. Blatant disrespect and frankly, they seemed so agitated. I was concerned something would escalate so I made a decision not to challenge them and replace the entire set. The male owner told me “don’t come back” because I had acrylic nails and not gel (??). The fact that he said not to come back was mind-boggling. I literally spoke in calm tones because I felt this was such a bizarre experience. almost like I was being “punked.” This was a horrible experience and do not respect their patrons.

Summary of the detailed description below: they do not honor scheduled appointments. Made an appointment, was not told there would be a wait when I called or when I arrived. They started the process of removing the nail polish but then were clearly not going to be able to complete the appointment as scheduled. I could not wait for hours to get this scheduled manicure done and not then be late for other obligations. Very disappointed in this business.

So I went to Tina & she is phenomenal. Im from out of town & needed to get my nails done b/c my regular set that I had just got done back home didn’t last, I was surprised on a Saturday that I was seen as soon as I walked in & she was very professional, funny & polite. The nail salon is very clean, the prices are a little higher but the quality is top notch!! Next time I come down I will definitely come back here!!
