Best nail set I’ve ever had! I was a walk-in and they got me in and out very quickly without rushing the job. They were very gentle, lots of attention to detail, and super nice. I highly recommend Lucky, he did a wonderful job. The price is reasonable as well. So happy I’ve found my go-to salon!

First off I was so skeptical to go here because 2 other places I’ve tried did an awful job. The second I walked in I could tell it would be a great experience! The lady who took care of me (I think her name is moon) was AMAZING she was so sweet and made sure I loved how my nails looked. She was personable and very professional, she knew what she was doing! Everybody there was so sweet and caring and they offered water and one lady offered me Starbucks it was a great place and I will 110% go here again. My nails look amazing!!

I can’t say enough about how great of an experience I had here. They did my daughter’s nails exactly like she wanted and was great at communicating before we got there to agree on a price and how she wanted them. The manager handled the flow of business very well and she was super helpful and nice. I wound up getting a signature pedi for only$30 while I waited. 10/10 definitely reccomend.

This place is absolutely amazing! I just moved up from Florida and needed a new nail place and went here for the 1st time in August. Vivian took care of my nails and does excellent art designs as well. Everyone and everything here is amazing. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Luxury Nails & Spa truly lives up to their name. The entire experience feels like luxury. All of the staff here are so friendly and talk to you while getting your nails done. This was my first set with them and I was in love! I have continued to go back!

Absolutely love my nails when they were done at Luxury Nails & Spa, 10/10 recommend! The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect. Very informative and super friendly staff. They took great care to make sure everything was perfect! The people that work here are so friendly and accommodating!

i finally thought I had found a decent nail place in Lynchburg after several sad experiences, but no. I have been to this salon about 5x now and every time regardless what time I go, or if an appointment was made, it’s always a 2hr + experience. Good luck parking, it’s a nightmare! Every time I go and ask simply for basic polish on my toes, I’m almost ignored and bulldozed by someone trying to upsell me, which is a frustrating experience considering I’m trying to relax. I attached pictures of the manicure that took an hour where she looked like she was in the biggest hurry of her life all while playing on her phone and ordering Starbucks. 40 dollars for her to not even clean up my hands, put lotion on them, or t clean my cuticles!! Frustrating to say the least. The owner is always asking if you are satisfied with the service all within 3 feet of the person not doing an adequate job, to which you feel uncomfortable answering the question. Hopefully this saves someone some frustration
