Asked for French tip SNS. First she didn’t even do my cuticle work prior to dipping my nails. Then I asked why she wasn’t dipping the white tip and she claimed my nail was too short but I get SNS all the time and never had an issue before. She said she would do the white tip In gel. A couple hours later my nails are chipping. Wasted time and money!! Won’t ever go back.

I went in this morning to get my nails done and was told it would be a 40 minute wait. I was told to come back. I went to my car and watched Caucasian customers go inside and was taken right away. I feel like they cater to to Caucasian customers more than they do any other customers. I will not be going back.

Lee was my technician, and the only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because she was very sweet. But this was one of the sloppiest and longest pedicures of my life. My nails aren’t filed evenly, the polish is lumpy and smudged, and she forgot that I asked for a design. I’m also concerned that instruments aren’t being cleaned in-between customers, and things that should be one-person only are being reused.

I will never be going back to this nail place anymore. My friend told me about this place and how good they are so I give it a chance, this was back when Maya worked here.. it was only by chance that I got her to do my nails, and it changed my life. She was treated unfairly, and now she has moved to a different nail shop and she is much happier. When she left, she never got my number before so she did not know how to tell me that she left but the other day I was shopping in Marshalls and she remembered me and said she was so happy to see me. Not just good customer service, but also a good person and heart. She told me that she has moved down the street to Mimi nails!! I know a lot of people love her, so go to Mimi nails because that is where she work now. I just went there today and my nails are perfect like always. Anytime I go to luxury nails I never get what I ask for, the customer service is always rude, and most importantly Maya isn’t there!! She was the only person that I would let do my nails, so when she left, I was devastated to say the least. So yall better go to mimi nails if you want perfect nails because thats all my gSo y’all better go see her at Mimi nails if y’all want perfect nails because thats all my girl know how to do

I love this Salon. I had my nails done at Red Nails and they messed my nails up so bad. I ended up going to Luxury Nails and one of the lovely ladies worked very hard to remove the mess that Red Nails had created. I won’t trust anyone else to do my nails or toes anymore.

I called Luxury Nails & Spa to see if they had time to do a manicure and a pedicure about an hour before closing. I was told to come in and they could accommodate me. My current nails had tips with an acrylic overlay that needed repair, so my hope was that they could either fill in, shape up, or remove the tips and use my natural nails with an acrylic overlay. I was pleased with the length my natural nail had grown and was looking forward to preserving them and having them nicely manicured. What a disappointment!!!! First, the nail tech told me that it would be better to remove the tip and she carefully proceeded to remove the tips without soaking the nails. That was not so much of a problem because she was using care. However, another customer wanted eyelashes, so she make a quick beeline over and assisted not only one customer with lashes but two. In the meantime, a male tech decided he would finish what she started. He did not use care or pay any attention to detail. He pretty much ripped off the tips taking some of my natural nail with it, leaving me with jagged, rough and uneven nails. There was no recovery for what had taken place. I was so disheartened at what was taking place before my eyes. It was so unbelievable and sad! As this male tech continued working on my hands he then proceeded to take the acrylic overlay and “build up” as he called it my nails. He did not trim my cuticles, shape what was left of my natural nail and showed absolutely no care in what he was doing. I was treated like I was of no significance, not even a paying customer. When the female nail tech return she had the audacity to ask if I was still going to get the pedicure. Of course, I told her no. NEVER, EVER, AGAIN, will I patronize this establishment. My fingers were throbbing the rest of the evening. Very unprofessional!

I got my lashes done here & my eyes were sore after (& still are weeks later) and they started falling out along with my REAL eyelashes the night they were done. Save your money & go to someone who specializes in lashes instead of someone trying to make a dollar.

Every time I go to this place I have to wait at least an hour before they start on my nails! Then when I pick a color out of the color book the color they actually use is no were near the color I picked! When I get nail art there is maybe 2 of them that do it right! The nail art I got today was basically just curvy lines well that’s not what I got! The color I picked today was like a mint green and I ended up with a neon green! The only reason I have even been going here is because they are the only ones open on Sunday! But after today I think I’m going to change nail salons and just make time during the week to go!
