First of all Vy is always excellent in doing my acrylic nails. The thing that bothers me the most is when I go for pedicure. So far I had three pedicures/foot spa done but every time, I’m always disappointed. Nobody takes the time to remove the dead skin around my toes. They don’t clean properly. I’m a really good tipper and Vy can attest to that. One time I brought my little daughter to do pedicure with me. We both started at the same time and the person who’s doing me just finished removing my non gel polish and my daughter is already done. She rushed her so quickly. Done in less than 5 minutes. I know she’s a kid but that’s still cost $22 dollars. It’s not worth it. All my $35 pedicures aren’t worth it because I always had to go home and remove the dead skin around my nails by myself. It’s upsetting. Although I won’t give you 1 star because of Vy. I just find it hard to speak WhAt I’m feeling because I don’t want to be a KAREN and don’t like to upset anyone in the salon so I’m just gonna write my frustration here.
