I Just came here a couple of days ago and it was a horrible experience. My pedicure was so rushed she skipped multiple steps (buffing, lotion, scrubbing with the pumice bar). Not only that but she was incredibly rude and made the entire experience very stressful and when I tried to speak up about something she’d snap and get a huge attitude. Throughout the whole pedicure, she would get up constantly to do other things or answer the phone, which I guess left her short on time and therefore rushed to complete my services as fast as possible. Overall, everything looks very sloppy and my dip powder was so poorly done they’re lumpy from uneven application and smudged. And then, after only 5 days, they started lifting all around my cuticles.

The first time I came here, Annie was very pleasant when I told her it was my first time. On the second visit, I asked for a different shape, and she changed her attitude. She became rude and condescending. What a horrible experience. I was shocked by her immature behavior. I thanked her, paid and left. Luckily, there is a nail salon at every corner. I will not be going back here or recommending this place to anyone.

I went in wanting to get dark red french tips to match my homecoming dress and the lady basically told me it wouldn’t look good so i cant get that done and did white instead. Also she was very aggressive and rushing. She was so rough that i am bleeding on my right right finger cuticle. Would not recommend Dip powder

She greets people by their name and is all around wonderful! I go to Anna for my nails and I will never go anywhere else!! She is the first nail technician to do my nails EXACTLY how I want them. She paints the sides, tips, makes sure the shape and polish is absolutely perfect. Not to mention they last for so long without chipping. I could’ve gone 3 weeks if I wanted (besides my nails growing out) because the polish itself was still absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend Anna!!!Everyone here is super sweet!
