My first experience at this salon was excellent! The staff were very friendly, the salon was clean, and the range of services was great. I asked for really fun, detailed nails for a music festival and Kevin created EXACTLY what I was looking for! Will definitely be back!

I had read mostly negative reviews about this nail salon, but I decided to give it a try because it was convenient. Staff is not friendly, and the manicure was not good (see picture – notice that top coat does not go to the base of my nail. Note that he had me put my hands under the dryer, then he walked over and applied the top coat while I held my hands in the air for him – probably the reason the top coat was not applied evenly). I didn’t bother to ask them to fix it because I knew it would be met with a pleasant attitude on their part.

Nice place, love the atmosphere and friendly staff. Its so nice to go to a well managed spa. They were professional and efficient! I really enjoyed it! A bit pricier than other nail salons but worth every penny. I’d rather pay more for a better experience. I shall return soon…

Received a dip powder manicure and the lady did not file my nails and dipped them once. I was in and out within 20 minutes. She did not spend time on me and just wanted me out. She did not put a finish coat on top and they weren’t gliding when I touched them. They were a weird texture. I called back and she hung up on me. Avoid this place.

First time here and I was pretty pleased. My gel fill-in and pedicure turned out pretty good. I do wish the nail tech was a bit neater with cleaning the polish off the side of my nails but over all I was satisfied. They do serve wine and water and the location is easy to find. I definitely would come back here and I was also satisfied with how much I paid. You do get your money’s worth here. It’s very nice and pleasant on the inside also.

Today will be my last time coming to this place. I have been to this salon many times and never had any problems with receiving services or customer service.

Nails look nice. Nail salon is clean, and relaxing. Ms Debbie is very professional and cautious while doing your nails. Most salons put cuticle oil on right before you wash your hands. Luxury Nail Spa used the cuticle oil first, filed and shaved off some of the nails, before having my daughter wash her hands. Also, my daughters pinky nail lifted up after we left (about 3 min after leaving). They were closing so we couldn’t get it fixed.

No stars! I requested a full set and was advised not to get it and only get 2 tips. My nails were sanded down so thin my nails did not last 4 days. The price was 55.00 for 3 tips with dipping powder.

Went here on a Thursday night with my dad and sister. I was getting a gel manicure, it was about 6pm and they close at 8, so I’ll give them a bit of benefit for the doubt. However, the guy that was doing my nails was treating me very poorly. I asked for a simple design that was pink with one cherry on it on the ring finger. He kept giving me an attitude and saying “we can’t do design on all nails”, I kept saying that is fine and that I only wanted it on my ring finger anyways. However, he still decided to charge me for a design on all ten nails even though they were on two. I asked why and he said “because your nails too small”. I’m 17, and my nails are fully grown. When it came to having to put my nails under the light, he had a big container under it so I couldn’t put them all the way through. When I took them out, some were mushy and I explained to him that I wasn’t able to put my nails all the way under because of a box under it. He proceeded to say that I’m just being immature. I saw a few other people come in with appointments, and they weren’t allowed to be taken in because the spa was too busy. If the spa is too busy, why do you let people make appointments? Please avoid this place if you can. For the two of us, (my sister and I) it costed $200. The nail salon that I go in Pennsylvania is $65 for the three of us and they actually do really nice designs. So yes, please avoid!! This nail salon is awful.

Went in for a mani pedi with my friends. From the beginning the experience was subpar, staff seemed stressed out and rushed (we were the only 3 people in there, 4 people working). The pedicure was not relaxing at all as if the lady was rushing through it (no massage or anything although my friends were with the other pedicurists and their experience was much better) after which I was left sitting in the chair for upwards of 20 mins before getting my toes painted while the pedicurist (manager?) was off somewhere. Next the manicure… I had previously gotten my nails done at a different salon where they used gel-acrylics (easily filed off with electric file) and tried to communicate that I did not want acrylic filler, that I just wanted them filed down and a gel manicure. The manicurist proceeded to argue with me trying to convince me to get acrylics but I was insistent and he only did what I wanted begrudgingly. He began roughly (angrily) filing my nails and even clipped me with the filer (and blamed me for sitting too far away!) The worst part, when I went to pay for mine and my friends services, hers was $87 and mine was $107! I was charged 30 extra dollars just to get the gels removed (it was almost as if he added in a 20% tip for himself for filing my nails!). Swindled. Ridiculous experience makes me never want to go get my nails done again, after the stress I could feel from the workers and the fact that the manicurist was arguing back and forth with me. Certainly will not be going back here or recommending to friends! Better off picking one of the other salons in hunt valley. My friends and I were sitting in the car filing our nails afterwards to fix the manicurists work, never a good sign. 1/10 would NOT recommend. (P.s. my friends seemed to have a much better experience with the other manicurists, and I cannot discredit them for the poor experience I had with this man and the manager)
