Went in for a fill a couple days ago and I asked to have rose gold glitter. The nail tech didn’t ask or tell me that I needed a base color so I didn’t assume I needed one. The nail tech put orange as the base color and put the rose gold on top. If I would’ve known that I needed a base color I would’ve asked for pink but I wasn’t asked nor given the opportunity to tell them that I wanted pink base color. The shaping and everything else was good but I would’ve appreciated being asked what base color I wanted. Also they used a towel when they were wiping off the dust from the machine and I thought that was pretty odd knowing that other salons use brushes.

I made an appointment which wasn’t needed because they were empty. It took them 2 1/2 hours to change my toe color and do a fill with a very very simple design. The line work looks like a child did it. My toe nails were filed to a an odd angle so no open holiday shoes for me. Not worth the time or money. This salon won’t last long with this level of workmanship. Very dissappointed.
