My friend and I walked in on Sunday 9/4/22 to get our nails done. I got dip powder and I wanted to do a color change then my friend just got the gel nails with a color change. We had a HORRIBLE experience and it really put a damper on our girls day. In the past Lisa (the owner) had done my nails and I absolutely loved them. She kept great conversation, helped me choose my color & overall i enjoyed my time. During this experience I had Brooke do my nails since Lisa was off and I will NEVER go back. Brooke complained the entire time about my nails being too thick and difficult to take the color off, she didn’t enjoy her job and she was very rude to me. Anytime I would move or have a conversation with my friend she would yank my hand. It was very unprofessional and I WILL NOT go back to this nail salon which is such a shame.

I got gel done on my nails done on Thursday. It is now Monday and 2 of the gel polish has come off. I thought it was funny because we were discussing if I should get gel or polish and the lady said gel it will last 2 weeks meanwhile it came off in 5 days. Very nice people but don’t spend $30 on gel because it’s just gonna come off shortly.

Critical: QualityI was very disappointed with the quality of my acrylic nails/manicure I received today at Luxury nails. The only reason I still tipped the gentleman was because they saw me without having an actual appointment. My acrylics were jagged and my gel polish was awful. He missed spots on the side of my nails, and it didn’t come all the way down to my cuticles. He struggled with the original nail art design I asked for, so I suggested a simple polka dot design instead that turned out looking like blobs. I was very disappointed with the quality of my acrylic nails/manicure I received today at Luxury nails. The only reason I still tipped the gentleman was because they saw me without having an actual appointment. My acrylics were jagged and my gel polish was awful. Well I decided at the last minute to have a pedicure…called Luxury Nails and they said 15 minutes… took me immediately. Picked my color and relaxed . My nails and color looks great and I’m very pleased. Their pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely go back . Nice little “pick me up “ for a Tuesday!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for years and have always had a great experience. Some technicians have been better than others as far as time spent on different aspects of the appointment or overall finish, but I’ve always been very pleased. I’ve never had to wait long, been very happy with the condition and maintenance of the salon, and the owners are just the sweetest folks!

My nails lasted just ONE day! I didn’t get the gel application, just a regular French Manicure and the polish started to peal off the next day!!! The owner said “that is not unusual” . I could paint my own nails at home and they would last 5-6 days! They were very pushy to have you spend more and get the gel application done! I was not satisfied and will never go back! $30 thrown away! Gave one star because they were very nice while I was there but not if you go back to complain

My daughter and niece went here for the first time to get there nails done at 1030am with an appointment. My daughter got her nails on and was pushed away for a walk in client then sat and waited over a half an hour to get them filed and painted. They gave no discount on her nails considering they were not even and had bumps in them and she had to sit and wait when she had an appointment also when they did file them they filed her finger to the point she was bleeding. They take advantage of young girls I will never again waste my money on this place.
