I have been going here for more than four years, but I will not be going back again. The technicians get annoyed if you ask them to do or “fix” something. It seems that they’re always rushing, rather than giving your nails the service and care they need – and that you’re paying for. However, they think nothing of making you wait (and wait) for them. In addition, the little things like the shoulder massage and hand massage have disappeared. The salon’s manager is rude and has an attitude. I am truly disappointed that Luxury Nails has gone so far downhill – it used to be a five-star establishment.

I called at 6pm and asked if they can accommodate me and since they closed at 6:30 it would be ok if they can’t. I asked for removal of acrylic and a regular mani and pedi. She said they would accommodate me. She was rushing and ended up cutting the skin when she was cutting my nails. I ended up bleeding. She then said they don’t have time to do my pedicure. I just wish she had said no if she was going to rush. My cuticles were not even cut. She was really sweet and the place was clean. She didn’t charge me since I ended up bleeding. I am giving 3 stars because she tried to accommodate me and apologized to me and didn’t charge me.

Made an appt for my daughter and I for a mani/pedi. When we arrived I was told they could not see us, after a very uncomfortable exchange, they sat us down. The girls that worked on our pedicures were great, but it all went down hill when another lady and the owner started working on our gel manicures. The UV lamps were set so high, our fingers were in excruciating pain, and the lady made 7 of my daughters nails bleed from filing so hard. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give this salon 10 stars I would. I cannot find another salon in North Jersey that compares to this one. Michael the owner is so friendly and remembers each of his customers. The pedicures are the absolute best! You get a shoulder massage at the end of each service which is my favorite part! Dyana does a fantastic job with the gel manicures and Maria does just as well on pedicures. I typically get a spa pedicure when I visit this spa. You can’t go wrong with visiting here! A+++++++!

This place is the best! Their gel manicure and pedicures last way longer than any other place I have been to. The staff is very nice and so friendly. Super clean and everything is sanitized after each use! Love this place! If you want to pamper yourself, this is the place to go!
