Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI went in not knowing what to expect but I wanted a gel manicure. I was a little nervous because it was a new nail salon. Jessica did an amazing job on my nails. She listened to my request and designed my nails even better than what I had initially asked for. I do a lot of physical labor and these nails will most certainly hold up. The price point was also a plus and I definitely recommend trying this place out. Go see Jessica!! I went in not knowing what to expect but I wanted a gel manicure. I was a little nervous because it was a new nail salon. Jessica did an amazing job on my nails. She listened to my request and designed my nails even better than what I had initially asked for. I do a lot of physical labor and these nails will most certainly hold up. Critical: ValueThis was my first visit here and I went in only to clean my eyebrows up a bit. I have naturally thick eyebrows and was very specific with the older woman who attended me that I ONLY wanted to clean up the hairs around my eyebrows.The woman who attended me was very nice, but I noticed she kept going back to re-wax parts of my eyebrows that have already been waxed.. so I kindly asked to see a mirror. After seeing my eyebrows, i realized she had been shaping my eyebrows, not cleaning them up like I initially had asked.Moral of the story, the place is clean, yes. The lady who I had was nice, okay. But at the end of the day, if I am looking to get a service done and I tell you exactly what I want, just do it. This was my first visit here and I went in only to clean my eyebrows up a bit. I have naturally thick eyebrows and was very specific with the older woman who attended me that I ONLY wanted to clean up the hairs around my eyebrows.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCame here for a much needed pedicure on 10/21. Unfortunately I suffer from nail fungus on my right foot, so I had to ask them to add tips , the owner comes and tells me she is charging 10$per tip ( that is created with acrylic). I asked to do just the big toe she recommended ( very pushy) I should get on the left big to toake even and the other 2 toes on the right foot. I said no ty, she said I need it.. I said no thanks to expensive for me. She agrees and said okay. I paid for the 30 and up package with the gel polish and the tips for toenails. Paid 55.30$ for this look at the quality of the Gel polish Spa pedicure. Unfortunately I suffer from nail fungus on my right foot, so I had to ask them to add tips , the owner comes and tells me she is charging 10$per tip ( that is created with acrylic). Critical: QualityI used to love this place. They always did a good job on my nails. Today however, I was very disappointed. I came in for a simple pedicure and manicure. With my own nail polish.Not only the lady took forever to do my pedicure, She also skipped so many steps ( didn’t remove my old chipped nail polish, cut my toenails, no lotion, no hot stone). I asked for a deluxe pedicure with a callus remover, the person forgot to use the foil and all the callus remover wiped off on the towel when she placed my foot down. My cuticles and callus on heels are still how they were when I got there. And let’s not forget when the water over spilled ,they somehow forgot to refill the tub with warm water and my foot was left to soak in what was left On top of the tub cover. My toe nails were than painted with a top coat on top of my old nail polish. I was trying to be nice since the lady is a bit older so I let her finish without saying anything. When it came to my manicure; My nails never soaked in the bowl of warm water, my nails were not cut down nor were they cleaned or filed to be honest, she pinched me a couple times on the two nails she was working on and At that point I had enough. I asked for someone else to do my nails, and they lady told me “I start. I finish” I then stated I will just pay for my pedicure and I don’t want the manicure. Jessica then told me she Will do it. The only thing that I got out of this manicure is the cuticle removal.The manicure didn’t happen ,She just cut my cuticles and applied lotion. I somehow still managed to come out of there with $40 less in my possession for something I could have done better at home for free. I am very disappointed And will not be returning.I used to love this place. They always did a good job on my nails. Today however, I was very disappointed.
