Dropped my 15 year old off to get a fill. Charged her 87 dollars for a fill! Took 35 minutes to complete the fill. Woke up the next morning and one nail broke over night in her sleep. Throughout the day 3 nails began lifting. Went back to talk to the business and they were rude, didn’t do anything , blamed it on the person whom did the nails prior and said to leave bc it was 8:20 and they are closed for the day when they close at 9pm. Put me on the phone with the owner whom said she was busy and would text me and hung up on me . Proceeded to accuse me of being mean to her staff when an older gentleman was in my face pointing and screaming bc I couldn’t just come back another day. Accused me of coming in before and trying to get money back from them. And then told me to never come back in the salon. It was a last minute thing and the worst decision and you couldn’t pay me to return! Horrible service , horrible staff , overpriced and not cleanly they should not still be in business considering all of the bad reviews!!! The pics are 24 hours after getting her nails done, the paint job is extremely inconsistent and the nails have begun to lift one after another !

I don’t pamper myself often but decided to go before a trip. I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to take me in right away. Sat me down at the pedicure station and turned on the massage chair while I looked through the color options and various packages.

One star is too much credit. They deserve negative stars. This place is horrible. They cut 3 of my fingers and caused me to bleed. And they just kept working over the blood which is very unsanitary. They charged me extra for shaping my nails into coffin even though I came in with my nails already coffin. I had to switch nail techs because the first nail tech “finished” my acrylic refill in 15 minutes. They were so rushed and rude. I will never come back to this establishment ever again. Mimi was nice and tried to rectify the situation as best as she could. Overpriced for the terrible quality that they provide.

I usually get pedicures at Luxury with my husband and he love Dillan to do his feet as he does a really good job. This time when we went I got someone who was new and still learning the process I guess, she was very nice and took her time with my pedicure which I appreciated and I was also being patient with her as I knew she was new. I enjoyed my pedicure but my gel toenail polish job could have been better.

If I could give them 0 stars if i could. Every time I go there it’s horrible. Linda does a terrible job. The one time I got plain black matte nails and she charged me $125 for it. This time she absolutely destroyed my nails and used nails that were too big for my fingers. Didn’t file them correctly. Some are crooked. I got up and left it was so bad. She refused to listen to me when I kept telling her what she was doing was a problem. TERRIBLE!!
