I have gone to luxury nails a few times over the years and in the past I didn’t have anything to complain about. In fact, back in November I had a good experience! The polish grew out but stayed incredible for over 3 weeks! I’ve never written a review to anywhere simply because I don’t typically feel it’s necessary unless I have an above and beyond experience or a terrible experience. Unfortunately, I just had a terrible experience and I feel like customers should be warned.

I really like this place! Very clean and comfy atmosphere. It was done as requested, there was a minor bump in the road, but she quickly remedied. I give 3 star due to the execution and the finish. I will return and probably ask for a different tech. I pointed out i had extra material under my nails, she went to drill? (If thats the term for the tool) but i still had more material in my other fingers and i felt a little rushed out the door. She charged me $70.. $15 tip… i do not feel this was a $70 work, at least maybe $65 considering there was an issue… i got home and used one of my exacto knives to scrape the extra material out.

Nice place with nice decor. Had comfy chairs to wait in when my daughter got her nails done. Big selection of polish, average price for Manhattan. She got a full set of acrylics for $45. Took about 35-40 minutes to complete and she got right in. It was kind of strange because she had the receptionist doing her nails….she was on the phone (headset) taking appointments and exchanging cash with other nail technicians right in front of my daughter almost the whole time….

Critical: Quality, ValueGot my nails done yesterday and this is what my fingers and nails look like less than 24 hrs later….. I told the nail tech several times it was hurting and burning my nails. She took over 1 and a half hours and they are already breaking. When I tried telling her she was hurting me she said “okay?” That was her response every time I told her it hurt. At one point I told her “I’m half tempted to just ask you to stop and just paint them.” She replied with “we are almost done.” Then continued to do what I specifically said hurt. 7 of my fingers are cut and bleeding. Went to Luxury Nail Lounge today for a new set of dip nails. I should have known the first time the nail technician nicked me with the electric file that she was new. I then began to notice to what I believe was the owner kept coming over checking on her. I’m positive during the process she forgot to add the activator portion. But I’m most upset because I haven’t even had these for 5 hours and my thumb already chipped. Side Note: I told the owner I wanted the tips filed smooth so she took over and began to file them while they were still drying and smudged the thumb. So then she put a layer of gel over it to make it smooth again and put it under the light…well now it is lifting and has chipped. Spent $55 that included a tip and I am very unimpressed and regretting going to this salon.

I have been coming here for a long time only getting pedicures. On the most part I have an amazing experience. Earlier this year I had a very poor job done & I never complained. Today I have a very new employee. She said she’d only been here one week. It took forever, she struggled using the tools as well as just being able to do a basic pedicure. She was very sweet but she needs alot more training & experience if you are going to charge your regular fees. If I come back again I will definitely ask for someone else. I do realize everyone should get experience but not at the what you charge. Very very disappointed in the pedicure I received. The employee beside us started with a customer 25 minutes after my pedicure started. She is done. Mine is painting my nails but having to correct each one literally.

I absolutely love my nails. My nail tech was polite and professional. I brought my two daughters with me who are 1 and 3 years old and the whole staff was incrediblely kind and patient with them, one nail tech even gave them snacks while they were waiting for me. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this salon to everyone. I always get intricate design acrylics and had to call around town to find a salon who could execute my nail vision. Yumi did a fabulous job and I will be going back to her again.

I’ve went to this organization about 4 times now and while they get you in fast they are very sloppy with the nail jobs, they don’t get under your nail so right after your done you have your actual nail bed coming up, no attention to detail, and every single time my paint job is just not the best and has specs in my nails and or a part of the nail is missed. They aren’t very customer friendly and a lot of people that work there don’t seem to be knowledgeable on what they are doing. Pay $65 for nails that you have to go home and file yourself. I’ve always tipped, but overall haven’t been to satisfied with the service. When you pay so much you expect better quality. Employees also talk about customers that come in to the clients which is unprofessional
