First, let me start by saying that I never write negative reviews. However, I am appalled at service received today. I took my daughter and her friend to Luxury nails for what was supposed to be a rare “special treat”. The staff treated both girls like garbage (10 years old). The girls were spoken to in an aggressive manor, one staff member physically put hands on one of the girls and yelled at her to sit down before she had her color picked out. As paying customers, dropping an astronomical amount of money to get less than what we asked for, I’d expect to be Treated with kindness at the VERY LEAST. I refuse to spend another dollar at Luxury Nails. Don’t waste your money or your time. Excel Nails is the way to go.

He did the wrong shape, wrong color, made fun of her while she was getting them done, and left a mess of glue underneath. I called and patiently requested a refund, but they would not help. Since probably Aug 2021 I’ve been coming here for the services selected and have not regretted it. I’ve also referred other people here. They do excellent work and have wonderful customer service. What also sets them apart is how clean and hygienic they are, including adherence to the most up to date COVID policies, and that makes me feel comfortable. I’ve had Ken do manicures (always gel) and both Tony and do pedicures for me. The final thing I appreciate is that they keep the Vietnamese to a minimum for those that don’t speak it. I HATE going to a place and feeling like I or my family is being bad mouthed.
