Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI know the nails don’t look horrible but one nail on the left is a lot taller then the others and the pinky nail on the right hand is crooked. We paid $140 and were NOT satisfied both of my middle and rings fingers hurt badly. We are never coming again… Also I asked for dip nails and the lady gave me acrilycs.

I have never written any bad reviews before but this experience was something I want to share since it doesn’t sit right with me. The guy who did my pedicure was rushing so much. I paid for the expensive pedicure and the time said it should be for 50-55 mins but he did it in 40 minutes. I could see that he was rushing through everything. I work in healthcare and expected a relaxing day so I chose the most expensive pedicure hoping I could get a longer massage time. But this guy ruined my day and I left feeling irritated. Plus I don’t like his attitude. Never coming back again, and would not recommend this guy.

The absolute worst pedicure ever! First the tech insisted I get the $55 pedicure. I explained I wanted the $47 Peppermint one which I still didn’t receive. My toenails feel rough and the pinkie toenail is broken. There are too many issues to list! My feet don’t even feel as if I had a pedicure at all!! Then when I went to check out she charged me $67!!! What???

I went here with a friend for a pedicure. They were not busy. We got a basic pedicure and typically these last 20-30 min from start to finish. This whole service was maybe 15 min. It was so rushed. They tried to use the heal grader and I told them no and he tried again. I had to rip my foot away to get him to stop. Then the polish was put on sloppy. For both of our services it was almost $70 and we both got a basic pedicure. Will not be going here again.

I have been a customer here for many years and Mana has been a dedicated employee always going above and beyond to give me an extremely pleasant and relaxing experience during my pedicures and has always done an excellent job on my set of nails. She does a beautiful natural ombré. I will continue to give them my business as they treat me so well with prompt and courteous service each time.
